WORST salon I've ever been to. I'm writing this now because I justcame across my receipt. What a waste of money! I went a year ago with Saarib who is no longer there. He was not properly scheduled so the entire booking was RUSHED. They did not include enough time for him to dry my hair - I actually had to do it myself. His schedule was crammed and therefore did not allow enough time for the after-colour treatment. This ultimately ruined my hair and I am still trying to rehabilitate it. Also, he allowed some inexperienced skateboard kid "assistant" to do most of the work and it was very unprofessionally. Clearly this "assistant" was clueless. I know that for blonds the post-colour treatment should have been left in longer - this isn't my first rodeo. Saarib didn't care, he rushed me and just wanted money and then blamed the receptionist for not giving me enough time when I scheduled my appointment. Karina is the best! I have gotten a balayage in Toronto, Calgary and even in Moscow, Karina's hands are the only ones I will trust from now on. She is truly a professional of her craft, she is quick, gives sound advice on colour options, she creates beautiful colours that suit the individual, and the end result doesn't cease to amaze and impress even months after. I've gone to Karina two times now since I found her (and I am so glad that I did) and the first time my hair grew out so natural, just like I always wanted a dye job to grow out, and retained a beautiful colour thanks to Karina. Salon Mute:( Terrible customer service! I had a keratin treatment done for $347, with one of their hairdressers, although she seemed very knowledgeable and professional the minute I had the treatment in my hair it started to sting, she said it would go away after rinsing, it did not! flash forward to the following morning I woke up with a severe allergic reaction, hives all over my face and neck. I rinsed it off less than 24 hrs.after applying.When I called the salon to tell them what had happened, the owner's solution was to offer me 15% refund??? Do I know how long that product was in the bottle, did it go bad, he did not give a sh..t.!!
