Mandy’s — Restaurant in Montreal

Me and my wife ordered take-out from Mandy's. I ordered online. We took Southwest Chicken Soup, Hoisin Duck Salad and Crunchy Sesame Salad (Asian). There was a problem with our order, in that they forgot the duck salad, and hence 3 stars, but to be fair, it was an honest mistake, I didn't check and it was busy time. Another thing I didn't like was the delay. I ordered online and the order was supposed to be ready in 30 min and when I came for it a little late, I don't think they've even started. And BTW it's actually a huge problem when you order take-out, they tell you the order will be ready at a certain time, you drive to downtown and park 2nd row with all Ubers and run in to get your order and it's not even started. On the other side, we did like the food that we got. The chicken soup was very good. We had mixed feelings about asian salad, but my wife mostly liked it. Also it came with a bottle of dressing - the dressing was very good. So yeah, a few problems, 3 stars, but the food is alright. Also, to be fair, they did reimburse the duck salad when I sent e-mail. The absolute worst Mandys ever and also they never follow any notes. This is the only place you will ask for chicken and not get it. Today ordered ubereats for 54$ and got 2 salads with 0 chicken inside and uber wont refund the full amount. This isnt the first time they forgot or if you ask for sauce on the side they will put the sauce inside and add so much sauce that you cant even eat the salad. Terrible service i dont know whos the manager but you should wake up and this is the very last time i order from this location. Atwater Mandys is much better and has better service. Avoid this location if your ordering on uber eats because you will be disappointed. This is also the 6th or 7th time there has been issue with missing chicken. Making profits and given me the worst food possible but this is how they make money off loyal customers. AVOID IF YOURE ORDERING ON UBEREATS and pick another Mandys if you want a proper salad. I went there on the 22/05/2018 because I was craving a delicious salade so I asked my order to go since I had class. I asked for the Reagan Dan salad which is supposed to have strawberries, crunchy pita and other ingredients. Wait was pretty quick (maybe too quick) they called my name took my order and leave. In the bus I opened my salad and surprise it was not what I ordered -.- I eat it anyway cuz I was hungry and it was good but again not what I have ordered. I even called to let them know and they apologize, I appreciate but still I paid 26$ (smoothie 7$, 4$ for the extra fake chicken &13$ salad). Which is kind of expensive when it wasn't what your ordered. I would really like if they could gave it a discount or something to make it up but they didn't.
