Morpho Bleu — Local services in Montreal

I have been coming to this studio for 15 years and have been a loyal customer and yoga fanatic. I am not sure what has happened with the new management and some of the newer staff since the pandemic but the tone of the place has changed… I showed up to my class literally 3 minutes late today and they refused to let me in. I have attended multiple classes over the years where the instructor waits a 2-5 minutes before the class starts to make sure everyone is there especially when there are surrounding circumstances for people to be delayed. Some have even come in to a class very discreetly in the first two minutes of the class and it never seemed to bother anyone! In the past, they have taken into account weather, etc for delayed arrivals. This weekend Monkland is blocked off for a festival making the access to studio more difficult especially when you are coming from the west. There ability for them to be flexible in these circumstances is surprising. They didn’t offer to credit my class or prose a constructive solution. I really hope things changes! I signed up to try a class a while ago and was a few minutes late. I called to let them know ahead of time but no one answered the phone. I got there and the door was locked already. Another regular customer was there outside the class and said the management had changed and that they do not have someone who answers the phone on a regular basis. She was having trouble getting booked in a class and she was told to download an app. She was frustrated as well. Usually after a trial I am contacted by the business for feedback and to invite me back-no one even bothered to follow up and ask for feedback or why I wasn’t able to make it. The energy in this place is absolutely amazing. I tried hot yoga on a whim with zero experience and enjoyed every bit of it. The trainer was so confident that her voice guided me to have the best experience (her name is Susy Molgora). All the money that was collected was donated to charity, that energy is very hard to find. I met one of the partners and she was a gem of a person. If you’re looking to condition your body and mind and looking to explore from within, I recommend this place. This place attracts a certain energy, give in. You will love it. Embrace this...
