Poonam is talented! I requested a butterfly haircut with lots of layers + a light brownish balayage colour on my black straight hair. Whatever I requested she delivered the results with extreme patience and dedication.

Her strengths are definitely being able to perform a balayage colour without any bleach and I always get so many compliments about it😁 I hate bleach as it dries out my hair all the time. And I must add the colour product she used didn’t smell strong unlike other hair salons.

The haircut was also amazing and done at the length I specified. I left previous salons with my hair shorter than what I requested. Poonam understood everything I asked for. At the end, she styled my hair nicely as well!!
