This place has been around for over 25 years and has seen the whole neighborhood change. It is such a cool place, eclectic, welcoming, a bit atypical. I’ve been coming for 15 years and have always been happy with my hair. It’s quite hard to find a place for curly hair but this is one little gem. I also think it’s hard to find one person who is great at color, cut, curly hair and natural hair advice and David F has been my go for all those years. Even my fidgety young kid can get a cut with David, which is quite awesome. I called to make an appointement on monday for tuesday and i was able to get a booking with Dave.The shop, as was explained to me later, recently moved so the indications on Google maps were a bit off, but the guy on the phone gave me the proper directions and even went outside so i could see him from far !!!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the salon is very nice. i have straight hair and most barber shops only use clippers while my hair requires scissors, The hairdresser (Dave) was very professional in asking me what i wanted and discussing it with me.
