Couronné, salon de coiffure — Local services in Montreal

I went there for color- the service is not great. She did not discuss colors with me ( shades) she just went in the back made a mixture had to tell her that it needs to be ash brown because of the natural red pigment in my hair.. My hair was a little damp instead of drying it a bit she handed me the dryer told Me to do it, after the color I asked if she can blow dry it so I could see her color But she told me they were getting close to closing time so she couldn’t ! So I did it myself Again... meanwhile she was playing w her phone walking had nothing to do other clients were still being served so she would have had plenty of time to give me a blow dry - I was never advised that I should book drying after my color and I couldn’t even ask her to cut the ends a bit ... ( like every other decent Salon) Terrible service they don’t know how to give service and offer services to their clientele ( i.e; offer :« would you like a trim & blow dry after your cut?! » I could have colored my hair in my bathroom and would have had better experience....

It’s my second time and I’m not been disappointed. Constanza did my hair color. She knows what to do and she knows how to do it. For the haircut, was done by Iseault, she is pretty good as well, she takes care of every detail. Pricey...

J'ai adoré ma première expérience au salon. Flavie a pris le temps d'écouter ce que j'aimerais, d'user de son expertise pour bien me conseiller, mais aussi de voir le potentiel de mes cheveux. Elle a aussi rapidement compris que je n'avais pas 2h chaque matin pour une mise en plis et que je préfère utiliser le moins possible de produits. Et je suis maintenant capable de refaire par moi-même la même mise en plis à la maison. J'y retourne sans hésiter et je recommande fortement pour ceux-celles qui cherchent non seulement une coupe, mais des conseils personnalisés selon vos envies et le potentiel de vos cheveux....
