I did not have a good experience. I contacted this salon 2 weeks in advance to make sure I get my booking sorted on time. It took them a few days to get back to me which is okay. When they finally did we agreed on a time, a style and I paid my deposit. I kept messaging their IG page run by the owner to confirm deposit receipt and appt details and they did not reply, this kept on going for a week. Till my appt date when they called me back(since I had been trying to reach them for days) and they got my booking wrong. Shout out to Assi for being amazing and nice and accomodating to me after the owner made a mistake (which making a mistake in booking is normal but had she replied to me we would have figured it out) and ignored me. She’s honestly the best hairdresser I have ever met in Montreal!! She is extremely professional! I went to this salon twice. Once in November to get a hair color & april for a cut. I genuinely wanted to support since her work looks nice HOWEVER, there are things i cannot close my eyes on. The owner was rude BOTH time: rushing me, criticizing my hair for being too thick (?) and overall bad attitude , i felt so anxious during my appointments. Why did you come back you may ask ? Well because i always give people the benefit of the doubt. But that second appointment made things clear for me.
