The Crushed Can Rec Room & Bar — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

What a disappointment. After a local business recommended them saying such rave things about the place. We were excited to bring our kids there into a pub environment with games to play. We tried getting in at 6 30 pm. They had a donation thing going on. They said they could not accommodate our size of 5 kids and 8 adults. Even though there were several tables available. So we wrote it off and said we would try lunch there the next day. It almost seems like we were putting them out. Service was poor to non existent unless you flagged the waitress down. There was more activity that seemed more important in the kitchen Than the customers in the establishment. The steak sandwich was impressive I must say. It was cooked to Perfection. One of our party’s meal was contaminated with a fish taste, assuming it must have been their cooking oils. I prefer original restaurants instead of the Boston pizzas and brew houses. But this was a disappointment . The boys went to play the games there. Several did not work and some of the ones running would eat their monies. When they informed the bar tender , she shrugged...

I have had a variety of meals at the crushed can many being breakfast, but also lunch and even a few dinners as part of a large group and everything has been excellent. Even when busy they get things out in a timely manner. I like the breakfast special with sausage for breakfast, the blt and fries and gravy for lunch though special mention goes to the hot hamburger sandwich and for dinner I have usually done the steak sandwich or the dry ribs their fries are a bit of an addiction for me (due to them also running the ballpark concession at Ross wells and a long running ballpark snacking habit I've gotten addicted to both the fries and the funnel fries) but I've enjoyed everything I've tried on their menu and recommend going here to anyone wanting to try somewhere...

Incredible atmosphere, incredible food, and some really fun games!

But I must shout out Justine - our server. She was professional, proficient, and excelled in her position. She handled complaints like a champ, upselled without being pushy, and over all made the experience something I will come back to crushed can every time I’m in Moose Jaw. She deserves the recognition, and next time management is looking at promotions or raises I highly suggest they take into account what a gem they...
