Red Swan is a pizza place that is very focused on something very well - cheap pizza if you come to pick it up. Their 8 inch walk in special for 4.99 is by far the best deal in regards to the topping options. Their BOGO online for sides, as well, is an incredible compliment. Over time, their medium and large walk in special costs have gotten, honestly, worse to the point where I no longer get them.

The toppings are a fair amount. You are not going to say there is too many of them but there is a reasonable amount of them and, as previously stated, your choices far outstrip other places.

The sesame seeds on the crust are a nice touch and the crust is solid enough. The cheese and the level of how well it is cooked depends on the day - there are times the cheese is very cooked and other times where the cooking is far less - so realize that it varies on a day by day basis.

There is ample parking and multiple options. There are but a few chairs so you're probably not sticking around here to eat the pizza - which is okay!

I personally feel this is a great place for unique toppings and singular pizzas. If you are looking for multiple large pizzas in generic toppings, this may not be the place. However, if your tastes are unique or you want a lot of individual 8-inch pizzas, this is an amazing place for that. Ordered Red Swan pizza (cheese only) on the recommendation of the hotel staff. If you have kids, they may not like the sesame seeds on the crust (mine certainly did not). They also cut the round pizza rather oddly (not in the typical triangular-sliced pattern), but rather as though it were a rectangular pizza, which resulted in slices that were un-equal in size. I am not really sure why they do that.

What annoyed me most, was that we were in a hotel and had no cutlery or plates. I emphasized at least twice during my ordering that we required plates/forks (we also ordered a Caesar salad). The delivery man arrived without plates or cutlery (this should be somewhat obvious if they are delivering to hotel room, rather than a home). I kindly asked the man if he could go down to the front desk and get those items and bring them up (the least he could do, since he forgot to bring them). Well, he asked a hotel staff to bring them up to us, which she did...but then, of course, I had to tip her...

I recently ordered a large pizza from Red Swan Pizza with specific instructions: half with cilantro, chili flakes, and olives, and the other half without any of these toppings. Unfortunately, what I received was completely wrong. The pizza had cilantro spread all over and no chili flakes or olives at all.

What made the experience worse was the lack of communication from the staff. They didn’t inform me about any issues or changes when I picked up the order.

When I got home and noticed the mistake, I called the store to address it. Instead of providing a solution, they blamed me, claiming that I handled the pizza improperly and caused the cilantro to spread. This was both unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when they had no explanation for the missing toppings.
