I really dislike that this is the only store in my city because all of the staff who work there are so rude and offputting every time I go in there they are short there abrupt and they just want you out of that store. I was in there today and I witnessed a customer go up to a staff member and say I have a question about an item I just purchased and the worker cut her off and said we don’t do refunds. The customer simply said I’m not returning it I have a question about how it works the customer took the item out of the bag show the worker and the worker had the audacity to say “see this button where it says press here well press here”. It was a very tasteless And rude of her to say I paid for my items and I left. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to another city from now on. Even my husband he’s going there he cringes when he has to go there. All I can say is I won’t be sad when that store...

I cant thank this store enough they went above and beyond and im super happy I fell in love with a star wars picture frame for my up coming star wars theme wedding but the frame was sold out at all locations however with the amazing help of a staff member named Lidia not sure if i spelled her name right ? but she was able to order it and it came in before our wedding :) im over the moon happy with the amazing experience this store always goes above and beyond love shopping here looking forward to doing more shopping here again love this store staff so kind always try there best for there customers highly...

While there were many options for cards, I experienced such terrible service. The lady attending us had a nasty attitude, talked down to us like we did not know anything when trying to pay after I explained i only had American dollars to pay, and if that was acceptable. Then, when we asked a simple question on what Elmbows Up meant, she became passive-aggressive with us instead of being able to have a conversation with us and explain what Elbows Up meant.
