If your going there to eat you should be fine but don't ever order delivery from them. I ordered on just eat app. Paid 18$ for something you can get for $9.99. The delivery driver apparently doesn't know how to use GPS or his eyes for that matter. Drove by the hotel I work at 4 times even pulling into the parking lot once before driving away. I called kfc to inform them he is lost. He came back after I directed him to the hotel. He proceeded to exit his vehicle with a big smile on his face thinking it was funny that he had been driving around with my food for an hour. I commented on his poor attitude and performance and he decided it would be a good idea to get in my face and yell profanities at me. Then after I told him to get out of my face he handed me my bag of food and forgot to give me the rest of my order. (Pop and gravy) when I asked him where the rest of my stuff was he got even more angry and in his anger dropped my pop and gravy on the ground destroying them. I called kfc to complain they offered me a new order at a later date. I told the manager I wanted something done about it and they would have the gm or owner contact me about the situation. Needless to say they never did. Just goes to show how much they care about their customers and customer feedback. I'll never order from them again ill take my business to a different kfc...
Read moreThis was one of my most memorable and least favourite KFC experiences. Since I was a kid I’ve eaten at one of the most iconic chicken places in the world. It was even my first job! Today, I will never go back to one (at least in Canada).
For years now I’ve watched as menu items got replaced or cut (mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, etc.) and the quality of food drop. However, on this visit I got the final blow. The “regular side” dropped in servings to that fit for an infant. It really should be called the “sample side.” Gone is the idea of having a home cooked meal offering with a bit of southern hospitality. Instead, you’re going to get oxidized (old) food that hardly looks appetizing with a side of deflection.
From the drink order to the quality of the food, everything was disgustingly disappointing. I ordered a 20oz tea… got a 12oz can. Ordered a side of macaroni… got a shot of day-old Kraft dinner. Asked for a refund… got an offering to swap for another side (no thank you!). Asked about how old the Kraft dinner was… “Fresh, only an hour.” So much disappointment here with KFC.
My feeling is this is a corporate/owner/management issue. For now I’d recommend heading to Churches Chicken or Popeye’s for quality and appropriately portioned food.

Read moreFirst time at this location and went through drive thru. Only 2 cars ahead of me and it took so long I thought it was closed, waited 5 minutes and finally car moved ahead. As I watched and listened it took another 5 minutes for food to be passed to car at window and this whole time the car in front of me waited to give their order at the speaker. So then I thought maybe they had a staff shortage and only one person showed up for work. Another 5 minutes went buy and when the car ahead received their food and left they asked for my order at the speaker. They took it and told me the price so I went to window after 15 minutes wait for 3 cars. OMG, there was 4 employees standing around leaning against the front counter chatting. I don't know there was more out of view. I waited a few minutes patiently then someone opened the window and told me that there is a 20 minute wait for what I ordered so I can wait or he said that I should order something else.
