Worst Tim Horton location. Very bad customer service. They had closed the restrooms for cleaning. No server was cleaning the restroom still the sign for closed was up. I waited for 10 mins and then asked again for the restrooms to be opened.The servers were so rude and said the floor is wet . I said it’s closed from 15 mins, can you please check.The front girl said let me ask my supervisor and then again vanished . She came back after 5 mins and said the restroom can’t be opened as it’s clogged. I asked what about mens washroom. She said even that one is clogged . What bad customer service , if the restrooms are clogged why aren’t the servers cleaning it. Even if it’s dirty at least they should have courtesy to respond to customers request. It seemed they were least bothered about customers in dining area and didn’t care if they wanted to use the restroom. Even after politely requesting, they were unapologetic and didn’t open the restroom. I wasted 30 mins here for a cup of coffee and rude service.. I could have gone to gas station instead...

Everytime i order a custom wrap(which usually comes with hashbrown) but never seem to have it when i order it and had to go back wait in drive thru for 10 min to get my order changed. But everytime idk how they justify its our mistake. Secondly, the customer service is pathetic, people there are very rude. I hope who ever works there should go through a separate course on “Basic work etiquettes while dealing with customers” Thirdly, this day sharp at 1pm I gave 25 dollars to load it on my tim card, but however magically my 25 dollars becomes 20 and the person who works at the drive thru says “i checked it twice, you gave only 20”

Read moreI had the perfect cup of coffee at this restaurant, however that was quickly overshadowed by the lack of customer service I received. The staff member retorted rather abruptly when I informed them they had made an error in the other drinks. Everyone makes mistakes and a quick apology would have been appreciated. Instead, I was told it was my error, even though my passengers confirmed what I had ordered was correct. The manager was quite rude, borderline hostile when I pointed out the price difference from the display and what was on my receipt. It was an unpleasant experience and they encouraged me to contact head office, as they were not willing to admit they were mistaken with the order.
