Id like to share my recent experience with this location, I work remotely so having my cell phone is essential. I purchased the best buy phone protection plan, costs just under 20 dollars monthly, while at the gym my phone fell and disabled the bottom half of my screen, I thought no worries figuring this wouldn't be an issue. I walked in waited patiently without any issue, I was referred to customer service to begin my claim process. The younger employee who began to assist me was wonderful to deal with, understood my frustration for the situation. during that time I was told they could do nothing in store... confused/frustrated I began questioning the program they offer, a manager that did not announce himself as such came over, he began showing me a terrible attitude, showed no understanding towards my individual needs what so ever, proceeded to belittle me with how I should have 2 phones like himself. Instead of deescalating the situation he continued to be rude till the younger employee assisted me with it. Even apologized for his manager and my situation. In the end I had two options, wipe my phone on the spot and ship it out, wait for best buy to receive it, at that point they would send me a new one... 1-2 weeks potentially id be without a phone! Second option was pay 210.00 and a 1700.00 Deposit so they would send me a phone first. In no shape or form is this "phone insurance" worth it. They sold it on the pretence id have 2 phone replacements without any issue, here I am limping thru the process till my new phone shows up. How is it they couldn't give me a replacement and ship the phone to the other best buy location on my behalf? Read moreWanted to give 5 stars Originally I was disappointed because the tech who received my laptop repair didn't take me seriously or any notes after i said he needed to. I had spent 2 days figuring exactly what needed to be done, a simple OS install,, no back data ups needed. My laptop had fallen a while back and could no longer be opened or closed properly as well.
I got a call saying the work couldn't be done because of the screen hinge problem while they were opening/ closing & trying to pull the hard drives out to back things up ..... I told them no, that didn't need to be done and please don't open or close the laptop anymore.
I then received a call saying it was finished. I went down there and they had put the wrong OS on, but everything seemed fine. We tried putting windows pro on while I waited but then ran into power issues because the power supplies they had were not to spec. My laptop just kept turning itself off, over and over.
Once we got windows home on there again, it seemed to be fine so I took the win and since bringing it home its been totally fine and very stable. The service took longer, I had to wait but the other techs were very kind and polite. The Supervisor and "Max" went above and beyond for me (Thank you !!!!!!) And in the end it only cost 70$!! I got My workhorse back. I can start my small business and I'm good to go.

Read moreNobody cares! Came in to buy a slightly heavier electronic item. Knew what I wanted but couldn't figure out where anything was in the store due to their complete makeover. Place looks like a warehouse now, not a retail store. Eventually found 1 blue shirt that walked me over to the right section. Saw the device in a large box sitting on the floor stacked up and wantedd help to take it to the checkout and pay. The kid just walked off. Had to grab it myself and walked up to the checkout which is now located at the very back of the store furthest away from the entrance (make sense?) and no one there to help either. Waited 2 mins to see if anybody would realize there's a paying customer waiting. Walked over to another counter with 1 blue shirt helping a customer with a phone. He seemed annoyed I interrupted him, simply asking to call someone for the checkout counter. Another minute later finally somebody showed up. No apology, no people skills, just robot like behaviour. Paid, walked out. No wonder we all just order online now. I get more courteous treatment from most delivery...
