Went to the Subway at the Duncan Common Mall and asked for 3 footlong cold cut combos and he had one going and then got all the stuff on it and then realized he put all 3 meats on one sub so he thinks he can just take the meat from that sub for the other 2 sibs even thou that one sub already has ingredients on and sauce I said no way that you can do that and the person totally thought it was alright. I said first of all the other 2 subs don't like sauce and some of these toppings plus cross contamination I said please just toss that one sub away with all the meat and start 2 new ones he finally did that after another attempt to put the meat from the one sub on the other subs. Then finally we pay and we leave the store to realize we have more food then we ordered so we went back in and said this can't be ours and the guy then washes his hands opens up the 2 subs and says yes these are her subs but with those subs was our cookies it was crazy. I've literally never ran into any issues ordering food from anywhere in my life, and I don't know who this guy was, but he was the absolute rudest server I've ever seen. He made a mistake, and almost charged us double for our order, and when we were attempting to correct it, he openly snickered and laughed at us. It was so bizarre, and I've literally never gone back because of that guy. He was rude, and condescending not only to me, but my mother as well. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any other restaurant honestly, at least not nearly to this magnitude.

One time I ordered I ordered off the app and was charged but the order never went through, so I called the place and asked is there anything they could do. I was met with one of the rudest employees I've ever met who told me it was not his problem and he doesn't care. I understand if he can't do anything about the problem, but at least be polite.
