Went to the movie theatre to get out of the heat on a Sunday. There was signage on the doors warning us that half of the theatres had a problem with the A/C. They said they were warm. I bought my ticket and noticed the movie I was going to see was on the side with working A/C. If it was not, I would have not stayed. I was there to see the movie and enjoy the popcorn etc. but I also wanted to get out of the heat. No, no points off for the A/C breakdown, it happens, at least they warned us before we purchased a ticket. The only thing I disliked was they now charge for the flavoured-shakers for the popcorn. It's only .55 cents, but come on, you just charged me $20 for snacks. Go back to free. Keep them behind the counter and only give 1 /customer. I like the select your drink machines. Lots of options and quite a few low cal and sugar...
