Craptastic Cagey Waitress Carrie Ruined My Birthday I went there for my birthday August 11 . Was sitting there with 4 pals, with the balloons at the table and everything - not even a nod or acknowledgement from our snooty server, Carrie, who right from the bat, was stiff and perfunctory, at best. Fine, whatever, we proceeded to order our meals and drinks (to be fair food was fine - but could not outshine the deplorable service I'm about to get into). When the bill came, she told it was all to be on one bill. Annoying and inconvenient, but whatever. So my friends all calculated their share, including a 15% tip (the service was standard not exemplary – she didn’t even bring us water or refill our glasses). However, she then decided that she was going to include an EIGHTEEN PERCENT (18%) gratuity into the price (not mentioned or written anywhere on the menu, in the restaurant, or to me when I made the reservations, and also, is usually standard for parties of 6 or more – we were 5) and decided my one friend was going to cover almost half the meal because she claimed my other friends “hadn’t tipped enough.” My GF originally tipped her 5 bucks but the greedy, entitled server tacked on whatever extra tip and she thought she wasn't getting from everyone else onto HER! My friend did I did the math and Carrie said she was slightly short. Technically she was only short $1.78... That's not including the $5 tip she gave her but then she proceeded to tack on $17 extra dollars – so she got roughly a 20 dollar tip from my one GF alone! So what happened was she said my GF paid her total but didn’t pay the tax, so when she added the tax it was around $6 for her to pay more. But she added an additional 17 % to her receipt for her “correct” tip (knowing in all likelihood my pal wasn’t going to make a scene on a birthday). The server DID NOT disclose she was doing it, or factor in that my friend already paid $5 tip. Also, she REFUSED to give separate bills / separate subtotals/ or to calculate each total and proceeded to curtly inform us that SHE would not be tallying anything for us, that it was OUR responsibility. When my pal confronted her - she explained it as no one else tipped her so she added it to HER bill – then offered to give her back the “$5 if she wanted.” Management – pay your staff more money or hire more personable/bamboozling staff. Being the classy lady she is, my pal told the aging former beauty queen wannabe she could keep the money. Obviously Carrie needs the money more than my girl does – perhaps she can use it to buy more “age appropriate” attire – along with a new attitude because she has no damn business being a waitress.

As you see in photo...my pal's bill was only $51... yet with the $5 she already gave Carrie - she got a total of $22 FROM HER ALONE?! On top of the rest of my pals' tips - for subpar service? Fark this noise! Will NEVER...

MAKE SURE TO PREDRINK BEFORE YOU GO IN!!!! My friends are I used to go there often, because we love dancing and the DJ in the small room is amazing, the one star goes to him. The alcohol from the bar is watered down, no matter how much you drink you won’t get a buzz.

Couple weeks ago we decided to get a bottle service; we ordered a Grey Goose bottle, poured a drink for each of us, when we had the first sip we all thought we’re drinking watered down juice. The taste of vodka normally makes me gag so I tried to taste the vodka on its own to test it and it tasted as if I was drinking vodka flavoured water, the bottle was at least 85% water 15% vodka if even. When we called the server and told her she advised she will call the manager, her facial expression revealed that she’s not surprised and this isn’t the first time. When the manager came he argued that we already drank half of the bottle, I told him the other half is still in our glasses he looked a noticed that non of us actually drank it, then he argued that they do not water down the Vodka of course “duhhhh”, I argued that it is watered down so he took us to the back to show us “how they serve a bottle” I asked him to open a new bottle in front of me and have me try a sip, he refused however, after an argument he allowed me a sip and that sip tasted how a vodka should taste. I asked him to serve us that bottle instead he said ok, he sent us back to our booth, sent the server to grab the old bottle, and he brought out the “new” bottle - HALF EMPTY, and placed it on the table. I tasted it again to confirm it’s the new bottle and UNSURPRISINGLY he served us our old watered down bottle again, when I brought it up he literally got angry and yelled at us as if we were kids.

If you’re (the manager) reading this I apologize that you couldn’t fool us and I advice you to consider anger management classes as I do see a potential in you to be...

I’ve been attending this restaurant & nightclub for so many years and must say that I’ve never been happier. This amazing venue has been like a second home to myself and husband for years. The owners & entire staff always make us feel like family and go out of their way to make sure myself, our friends and their entire clientele are treated like rock stars! This venue has two rooms to cater to your needs with two sounds. You can get there early and have dinner and then stay for the amazing music and delicious oven baked pizza they create to your liking. Free parking, phenomenal atmosphere & ambiance, great music, and so much more!! I just celebrated one of birthday parties over the weekend and we were treated like stars. I can’t thank the team enough for always making sure we all have a fun night. Security is always on top of everything and are so friendly. The bartenders are the best and adore each and everyone of them! I do have my favourites of course lol one of my all time faves ever is Sue. She’s usually working the back bar by the patio which I must add is also a must to check out while you still can and the weather continues to cooperate. She’s the sweetest, most caring, professional bar tender I’ve had the honour to meet. She has beautiful long red curly hair and knows how to tend to the busy crowds. Make sure you go by and see her on Friday nights and say hello. You will not be disappointed. She’s the best!! When I lost my mom they all made sure to come up to me to pay their respects and went out of their way to make sure I’d have a good time every time I showed up to party the night away. I’ve been supporting this superb venue for years and continue on doing so!! They know how to run this business and have been doing it for so many years going back to nightclubs I’ve attended going back to the early 90s. Thank you, DM!! See you...
