I’m only giving this a 1-star based on the staff being friendly. This was not a great experience. We showed up at 6:00 pm Sunday, and had to wait as there groups ahead of us. This wasn’t an issue, but while we were waiting for 7 people ahead of us (a group of 5 and a couple) a separate group of 5 came in and were place at the front of the line, making our wait longer. We were given the clear finally, and was told the first hole is available. It wasn’t, there was still the couple in front of us putting. What followed was several frustrating moments of not being able to start a hole because there was a line of people ahead of us waiting for it as well, and watching the group of 5 people ahead of us fool around and make a long wait even longer by taking hard shots, lose the ball, purposefully play slowly and make it unenjoyable. I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy but everyone is having fun and playing normally. At this point there were 3 groups behind us piling up as well. On top of all of this, it was so hot, my 12 yr old was severely uncomfortable. With the ridiculous wait for each hole, we called it a day and left at 7:30 at Hole 10. 1.5 hours to make it 10 holes?! Beyond ridiculous to me. I mentioned it to the staff on the way out that there was too many people, and they apologized, but it was too late. It was slammed in there, and made it not fun for us whatsoever. I likely won’t be back. This facility needs to reevaluate how they decide to let people start playing. The back up was totally insane. There isn’t even enough places to stand out of the way of other players once you’re done...
Read moreWarning! Major disappointment! Rarely do I take the time to write a review but after todays experience I feel compelled. We booked on the website after looking at our options. We were booking 6 children for an 8 year olds birthday party. (not the party package but just to play mini golf) When we got there to play we learned that the price listed on the website was wrong because its an American website with American prices. So $14 instead of $11.50 as listed. Ok, not pleasant, but no biggie, unless you're trying to stick to a budget. However after I paid for the chlidren, they said, "Wait! You didn't pay for you! You can't go in there!" I wasn't playing, I was simply there with my partner to facilitate the kids in playing and watch over them properly. After some back and forth, I did end up paying for two more adults, though we didn't play because it didn't feel right to take it out on the two teenage attendants. What a rip though. Paying to take care of your own kids as they mini golf. Instead of $69.00 plus tax as anticipated, we paid almost double at $126.56 The mini golf was ok, but the experience for me was very disappointing. I will never go back and would not recommend to others at all. It was completely misleading and false advertising (I mean how hard is it to change a website?) not to mention ludicrous to charge parents to stand beside their children while they play. If you're in that situation, I don't recommend it. Find something else - we...
Read moreBeware if you are going with a group of more than 4 people you will need to split up into smaller groups. Our group as a total of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) I did not need to golf and would have been fine to just walk the course, it was more important that the kids enjoyed themselves. I was told I was not allowed to walk with our group and would have to play and pay. As well our group needed to be split in two. After explaining the need to keep our family together I was still told this could not be accommodated. I was forced to wait while my husband and 3 kids went in before me. I was then allowed to go in after about 5 minutes. I personally think this is an outrageous rule that completely discriminates families with more than four people. If your a group of more than four beware you will not be able to stay together and your hopes for a fun group activity won't happen. If they do this to help minimize backlog it doesn't work, you still end up waiting at each hole. As well I am aware that their policy states groups of 4 however I would have thought their would have been certain exceptions when it comes to families and for people not needing to golf but to just walk with their family through the course, neither employee working seemed to care. We will not...
