Brought in my Trek Alpha 1.1 today for service, it had been slipping between gears for a while. Alex ran me through my options and replaced the cassette and chain for me. Repairs were done same day for an extremely reasonable price, even double checked the bike for me and noticed one of my brake cables wasn’t functioning the way it should be. So he fixed that too!! Above and beyond service, so happy this shop opened up so...

I have nothing but the upmost respect for the people at the London Bicycle Café. The mechanic, Alex, was incredible to deal with and especially kind. The support and assistance I received from both him and Andrew was truly superb and professional. I’m quite dissatisfied with our experience. We ordered four drinks and fries, After enjoying one order of fries, we ordered two more which took 20 minutes to arrive despite it not being busy and having three staff members on duty. When we followed up after 10 minutes, the fries finally came out undercooked, as if they had forgotten to cook them...
