Final Update: I received all my couch pieces and had the treatment done. They swapped out the piece that didn't fit right. They did take personal attention to the issues I had and did make things right. I appreciated Paul's personal follow-ups in making sure everything was taken care of and to my expectation. **Update - Paul Called and explained some of the issues they were facing on their end. They had no communication from the Brampton Leon's to let them know about sending a replacement. I am told the console can still arrive within the two week time frame originally provided. So everything should be arriving later next week. Thank you for making the call personally and making me feel like my struggles do matter. I will update once everything has been received. Thank you again for the follow-up. It is appreciated.
I would not recommend Leon's for purchasing furniture. Go with someone who acts like they appreciate your purchase. I bought a sectional early January. I was told it will be delivered in 2 weeks from purchase date. The day before they will call with a delivery window. I arrange to have my old furniture moved out the day before. I still received no call about my delivery window in the afternoon. I called to follow up and I got, oh we can have delivery scheduled for 2 weeks from today. WHAT!! How come? Well we are sorry but your sales rep didn't do their job and didn't follow up on the delivery. So we have to start the 2 weeks from today. Excuse me, I have no furniture and it's your fault and I'm just to deal with it. I think decided to take a further look into the sizing of the couch because I was just going off the sales rep. I was told it was 10 ft but when I looked online, it was 12ft. Yup, doesn't fit. So I went back and found another one. I got a new one ordered, no issues with most of it being delivered. The corner piece didn't fit right due to the brackets. Delivery calls put in a call and took pictures before leaving and said customer service will be in touch and it's on your file. They will likely send you a new corner piece when the console is delivered. Great! Then I get a call from the in home spray protector company about arranging a time to come and do this service I paid for. I said "oh you must have the wrong couch on file, I was told the new one I got doesn't get sprayed" Nope, they do spray these new ones. Again, wrong information. I was advised to call and find out when the console was getting delivered so I can book an appointment. So I called Leon's to see when it's scheduled to arrive. Oh, we can have it delivered in 2 weeks from today, I can schedule the delivery. YOU SAY WHAT?? 2 more weeks? "Oh sorry, your sales rep didn't follow up on the scheduling properly" Are you serious!? Then I asked about the corner piece and the report/replacement. Oh I will have to look into that, we have nothing on your file. Again WHAT!? This has got to be a joke... I pay you thousands of dollars and now I am fighting to get my deliveries. Seriously?? This is suppose to be exciting and fun to get nice expensive new furniture and instead it's me fighting to get what I have paid a lot of money for. Terrible information, terrible communication and so far not a great product since my pieces aren't fitting properly. I also referred someone before all these new problems came to light and they also bought an expensive couch. I hope they don't have the same experiences as they are older and can't nor should be dealing with this terrible service. I also asked for compensation or even a store credit for ALL the inconvenience and I get sorry. Never again and I am not referring any more people. So sad, I have waited years to take the plunge to buy some expensive new furniture and I wish I had saved...

The displays seemed half finished. Poor signage if any, we had to just kind of stumble on the few dishwashers they had after wandering through their mock kitchen.
Some dishwasher displays seemed finished while others had exposed backs, like some were missing (most were back to back).
There were lots of different flyers and brochures but they were strewn about on top of the appliances, most not even with the brand of washer the brochure was for.
There were multiple price stickers on the same unit with no clear idea of which model which price tag referred to. Turns out they even had 2 price tags for the exact same washer, several hundred dollars in difference.
When someone came back to help us, she seemed to know very little to nothing about dishwashers in general, nor the specific ones on display.
She repeatedly had to go up to her manager, all the way across the store, who appeared to be just standing in the doorway of his office rather than coming over to help her.
She gave us the wrong information about pricing (she made up an excuse why there were 2 price tags on the one washer which she later rescinded) as well as the wrong information about measurements. She got confused because one tag listed Width x Height x Depth and the other tag listed them in a different order. What was TERRIBLE about this is that she tried convincing me that the dishwashers were different depths when they were the same, and then kept trying to make up reasons (such as one wasnt as far back in the display... by maybe 1inch, and the difference she was trying to explain away was more than 7inches).
All in all, very disappointed overall. More training required for salespeople needed. More supervision maybe if she was new. Better involvement from management. And the easiest fix, put a little time and effort in your displays. Just tidying up the brochures and making sure they match the brand they are with would make a huge difference.
For the record, we went on a Wednesday, early afternoon. We were possibly the only people in the whole store with at least 3 people at the front desk (none of whom greeted us or offered to help us when we walked in and past them) and at least 2 managers or something in their offices at the side. We bought the following Bed frame with a double size mattress Matching dresser with mirror and matching night stand. We also bought a mattress protector and a headboard from another bed I already have. ( total of the order was over $3k)
Our sales rep was Parveen (I believe thatās how itās spelt) was really nice and helped us get a good set for my daughter.
At the time of paying for everything he did inform me some stuff would take longer than the rest. I did mentioned to him I was in no rush to get the order and was willing to waiting for everything to be in at once. He was it would be 4/6 weeks for everything.
At the start of April I got a call my order was ready and it was to be delivered April 9th. We had to take apart my daughterās room and get rid of everything to fit in the new stuff. My husband had to lose a day of work to be home to receive everything. I found out after we were missing the bed frame. I called Leonās right away to find out whatās going out.
I found out the frame was going to be another 4/6 weeks⦠I was not informed of this as on my account it stated everything to go at once.
Finally found the last bit of my order it was in the Edmonton location. During this wait my daughter had to sleep on the floor with her mattress as we up sized her bed ⦠since all her stuff was removed from her room we couldnāt bring back her old bed.
4 more weeks went by and I called again hoping it was in transitā¦.. no it was not it was still at the Edmonton location it did not move for 4 weeks
I am still waiting for my bed frame which is scheduled to be delivered May 24. I called this location in the afternoon to make sure my bed frame was coming this Friday. I had to call 4 times before the phone was picked up.
This is beyond unacceptableā¦poor communication⦠I will not buy from Leonās again.
