Recently, my wife and I visited Baskin Robbins, and it was truly a revelation. We ordered ice cream in a cup, and honestly, we didn’t expect such a simple choice to bring so much joy. I’ve always been a fan of chocolate ice cream, but what I tried here exceeded all expectations. The taste was absolutely delightful, so rich and chocolatey that I couldn’t believe such ice cream even existed!

The atmosphere at Baskin Robbins deserves a special mention. The place is warm and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a pleasant time. The smell of popcorn that greets guests immediately adds to the incredible ambiance, making you feel like you’re already walking towards a movie theater. By the way, the popcorn was also top-notch—delicious and fresh, which only enhanced the positive experience.

This ice cream was a real discovery for me, and I can confidently say that, for now, it’s number one among all the ice creams I’ve ever had. I had the most disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins today, and I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased a Chocolate Brownie ice cream in a cup, expecting the creamy, delicious treat they advertise. What I got instead was a complete disaster—within just 5 minutes, the ice cream had completely melted into a watery mess. I hadn't even left the store for long before realizing I basically paid for flavored soup.

When I returned to the counter, hoping for at least a courteous resolution, I was met with rudeness and zero cooperation. The staff, instead of addressing my concern professionally, dismissed me outright, arrogantly stating, "It’s ice cream; it melts." Really? I understand ice cream melts, but not within 5 minutes, unless it's been stored improperly or already halfway melted before being served.

This is unacceptable service from a well-known brand that boasts about quality. If they can't maintain basic temperature control or train their employees in customer service, why should anyone trust them? Ordered a cake on Wednesday for today. It is now friday…and the guy I spoke with to order was so lovely and understanding with me I wish I didn’t have to leave this review. We just wanted a plain vanilla cake with some writing. Repeat… I just wanted a cake with writing no extras. I had to call and ask if It was ready. Came to pick it up and asked them to remove the extra fudge and sprinkles their Cake decorator added that I didnt order. Like scrape it off. Not too complicated. I was told to wait for the manager? Did not need to make it an ordeal. I paid in advance too so there was nothing I could do :-( you can’t even see the writing that was the only thing I asked for. 36.99 isnt a lot… but It does suck it’s not...
