Bella's Boys — Local services in Ottawa

Another first experience, and here's the honest review:

1. Customer Service 10/10 - one of the owners, Nick, not only offered a friendly greeting but also was kind enough to reveal the story behind the establishment and talk about how the food was prepared. This alone will want a person to return because nothing beats great customer service.
2. Food - they offer paninis, gnocchi, and desserts. These are what I tried (pictures included) i) Meatball panini 8.5/10 - great portion, toasted bread and the sandwich held in place without making a mess, which is a bonus if you need to eat while on the road. ii) Italian panini 8.5/10 - another tasty sandwich. Would have preferred the bread toasted but great flavour. The spicy eggplant adds a zing to it. iii) desserts - the favorite was the flan/caramel dessert. I could have eaten 6 of those. They were creamy and delicious and a 9/10. The second favorite was the chocolate chip cannoli. Perfect size, not too sweet, and hits the spot at 8.5/10. The last was the peanut butter chocolate square. You have to be a peanutbutter lover to enjoy this. It's very rich but not too sweet. I would give it a 7/10.
3. Price - all the food mentioned came under $50, which in my mind is a great deal. Overall, this is definitely a spot I would visit again. Great atmosphere,...

Stopped in last week and bought a few cannolis which were amazing, actually the best we ever had. Apon our 1st visit we introduced ourselves to the Bella family whom are all so pleasant and friendly. We left anxious for our next return. Today was the day. After serving lunch in our restaurant we rushed over to Bella's Boys to try the pasta. We started with some perfectly made meatballs that tasted like home I had the gnocchi and my fiance had the lasagna. . Everything was made to perfection. Again another pleasant visit. We recently had a work function lunch catered by Bella's Boys, and it was an absolute delight! They provided an assortment of pasta dishes that were not only fresh and hot but also incredibly delicious. The team at Bella's Boys was wonderful and friendly to deal with, ensuring everything was ready to go when we picked up our order.

The food was so good that no one spoke while eating, and every single person at the table went back for seconds—a sure sign of how scrumptious everything was. Bella's Boys is truly a hidden gem right here in Ottawa. If you haven't tried it yet, my entire team would certainly recommend giving it a go!
