I had the worst daycare experience with this center for over 2 years, I have been thinking about this review for three months now, I don’t know where to start or how to even communicate the idea to other parents. I will do my best ,

This daycare center is owned by people abroad and have a very very poor and non experienced management team on site. I have made complaint against this daycare for going against their own policies and it had been found true by the ministry. They had many complaints with the ministry over the past year from parents and former staff.

The disrespect they have for parents that points out issues is unbelievable, this mangement have left many parents on « read » while parents were communicating their issued. They have made many promises to improve areas of concerns and it never happened.

Many staff left due to the lack of professionalism at this daycare. Staff describe the ethics as very low, payments via e-transfer?? Staff forced to clean the toilets while on lunch. Owner not wanting to pay for external cleaner .

In other hands, many parents complains about the day to day details at this daycare but issues are never taking serioulsly, parents are busy, so things goes by, this daycare DOES NOT care about your concerns, they have hundreds of other kids on waitlist and treat you as a number

They used to serve gold fish and mixed chips trails as snacks (caught upon surprise because parents asked them to take a pic of the food) and only changed the menu to healthy upon many parents complains. The were forced to make the menu acceptable to the ministry requirement. It is now better, but still lacks protein variety( for you to know , no beef or fish is served)

Toys are old and broken, kids are wondering around bored, my son and other kids I know cry to not go to daycare there. Empty shelves of toys in classrooms, no sanitation schedule, no rotation schedule

Moreover, unethical practices, like putting kids in toddler room on « paper » while keeping them in enfant room due to the lack of space. This daycare center is incredibly out of the common and something I never seen. I have dealt for other daycare center and home daycare before gor my other kids, I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism

Finally, just wanted to share this daycare has been asking parents consistently to write good...

They used to close at 7pm. Now they close at 6pm. I asked the reason to management. A man came to me saying we close now at 6pm. Maybe for 3-4 weeks not sure yet but you know holiday. I told him usually holidays thats when parents are more flexible to take out kids later after work, you know you finish at 4pm grab the kids something to eat and leave. Was making a regular conversation. Saying other places closes later.

The man says If you want to cancel your membership you can cancel it and leave. I was suprised with this comment. I looked at him i told him so you don't care about your client feedback? He shake his elbow like he doesn't care i told him alright got the message and left. Told everyone there that if they are not happy they can cancel the membership. Management doesn't care!

Really disrespectful!

The only reason I was going there is because it's closer to my house. Other than that the place is small, the playground isn't special enough ( the kick ball inside the playground are really hard, I've seen kids getting hurt and we did tell management about it , didn't do anything )

I know few friends that had few arguments with the management(same man) never had any argument until today! December 2022

Place needs more maintenance - but hey who am i to...

I brought my daughter and niece for a day of indoor park fun. My sister and I had planned on staying longer but sadly after 2.5 hours we had to leave. We arrived around 11:30am and it was the perfect size for our girls aged 2.5 and 3 yrs. Around noon we were told by the front staff guy that the kitchen person was running a bit late and would be in by 1pm, otherwise he could offer us the pre-made snacks and drinks from the menu. We said we would wait as the girls wanted a pizza and we were eager to try the chicken bacon wraps. At 1:30pm there was still no one. I went back to the front staff guy and this time he said she had gone to Costco to get supplies. I said in a place where people bring their children it's not good timing to leave at lunch especially since no outside food is permitted. He said he would see if he could find other staff to make us a pizza, which he never followed through on. We left at 2pm to eat elsewhere and there was still no kitchen staff at that time. I am really hoping this was a one time experience and not a regular thing because the girls had fun. So I give this place a 4 otherwise if this is a regular issue then it...
