Honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had my eye on this ring for a bit and finally decided to buy it. Then it sadly broke (my fault, not due to the quality) and I couldn't find the stone. I took it to the store to see if I could get a new stone or just buy a new ring and they offered to call the designer to replace it for me but because of covid this wasn't possible for many months now, so instead they offered an exchange for a different item or a full refund.
