William J. Walter St-Roch — Local services in Quebec

American tourists staying in the area: My parents and I were drawn in by the promise of sausages and beer and were not disappointed. We tried 5 different flavors of sausage, plus sauerkraut and olives. We didn't know it was a franchise, but that doesn't change the fact that we had a fantastic dinner of all of the sausages and our recommended beer selection.

Mostly what set this apart was that Luc, one of the proprietors, took time to explain everything (in English) to a bunch of bumbling tourists. They have an excellent curated case of beer and gluten-free options like cider and gluten free beer. He was so helpful, we even went back and changed money with him and got directions to the bus we needed.

Basically I wish I lived here so I could come back more often....

I've went to multiple shop of the franchise for their european sandwiches but when I went recently, the quality of their sandwitch was really lower then before. It almost had any condiments in it, a single line of mayo and mustard and the sausage wasn't even cut in half or flipped. I just hope next time I'll go it will be fixed.

Maybe it was also because the employees seemed new. But they were open to fixing some issues when I showed them. Hope things will be better...

J'étais un client régulier pendant un certain temps, le 'staff' sont sympathique, aident et de bonne humeur sauf pour une personne qui ne semble pas aimer travailler au publique, malhureusement et je ne suis pas retourné depuis avoir été répondu par elle 2 fois de suite. Les saucisses sonts délicieux et le choix est magnifique mais je n'aime malheureusement pas sortir de cette boutique et avoir l'impression que j'ai dérangé, surtout que je travail en publique et je connais l'importance du 'Service à la Clientèle. Je ne suis pas seule à avoir cette déception , ma belle soeur vous as déja écris en privé concernant ce pépin. Merci de me lire car je vois que vous tenez à garder votre commerce bien équilibré par...
