The shop workers were friendly enough when I was there in person. I rented a bike from the shop however, and they charged a $500 deposit to my credit card. It took over two months for them to refund the deposit. I called the shop multiple times, they kept saying they were refunding it but it still took two months somehow. There was never an explanation or a single apology or any kind of offer or discount to make up for the fact that they held $500 of my money for over two months. Instead, they sounded annoyed at me for calling to check on the status of my refund two months out the day I rented the bike.... It took me telling them visa was going to dispute the charge for me to get my refund.

Other things to note is that the window of time you can rent the bike isn't great. There's no early morning pick up or overnight rental. So you can get the bike at 9 earliest and have to have it back by 5.

Unfortunately I recommend staying away from this business. It is unprofessional. And if you rent a bike from them, you should be prepared to not see the return of your deposit without repeated phone calls over...

I rented a bike and was disappointed. The dropper post only went down very slowly with extreme force. This resulted in me riding with my seat down on a lot of uphills because I was worried it wouldn't go down in time for the descent. The lever for the dropper post was also problematic and not ergonomic ( after market replacement?). The shocks were also advertised as "good to go" but were very firm and I didn't use more than half my travel despite doing some challenging terrain ( I am a light rider and asked about this ). The rear shock was a spring and could not be adjusted. Bottom line, the rental was disappointing for someone who has ridden quality bikes. I will not be renting from there again.

In the end I still gave them 3 stars because new bikes and parts are hard to come by and in 2021 keeping a rental fleet in working order is probably...

Called the day before to rent a bike. Staff said they would give me a call back and see if they had anything available. Got a call back saying they had a bike for me and I could pick it up in the morning so I referred two of my other friends to call and reserve bikes. Both were told they had bikes to rent and to pick them up in the morning. When we arrived we were told there were no bikes available and that the bikes we had reserved were still being rented. The guy we dealt with was very short and and seemed to not really care. I haven’t rode a bike in a long time and was prepared to by all the necessary gear but did not want to give this shop a cent.
