First time here and I have to say it’s NOT family friendly. I usually don’t leave reviews but the guy who was bussing tables was so rude it ruined our experience. We ordered a lot from appetizer, main meals, dessert and alcohol. I have a 1 year old with me and our stroller was in the way of a new table coming in. He told me that he needs me to move the stroller. I got up immediately and said “sorry, where should I put it?” And he was annoyed at life it seemed and said “anywhere but here”. Not helpful and I looked around for a solution while he watched me look for solutions and didn’t help at all, and asked him again “sorry i don’t know where to put it” and he replied “I need that table” pointing to the table which was obv. I moved it and it was really awkward. No thanks or even a smile. He was just annoyed and miserable. We eat out often and this was at the top for rudeness IMO. Terrible bedside manners and others shaking their head at him.

Another large family with a toddler who was upset and screamed more than a few times but the family was doing everything to help calm her. No empathy for her. The staff just stood behind the bar for a moment and was clearly expressing how annoyed they were. It totally sucks being on vacation, spending hundreds on a meal but having to be in the presence of this sort of service.

Our server was a petite brunette lady with a European accent and was 5 ⭐️. She was so kind and attentive so I left a 20% tip cause she was amazing and she shouldn’t miss out on a decent tip because her coworkers are rude. She was clearly super busy and that’s the only reason why I didn’t say something when I was there.

Otherwise food was great, our waitress was beyond great. Management should have the staff in place that don’t make ppl feel terrible for choosing their restaurant to eat at, or put a sign on the door letting customers know it’s not...

Walked in here with high hopes after reading all the great reviews but unfortunately I can't say I had the same experience. At first glance everything seemed fine, we were seated right away and our server seemed friendly. We were then asked for drinks and we politely declined. For some reason after that the server returned twice more trying to push us to change our mind. We then ordered salsa and chips to eat while we wait because the waitress Informed us it would take a while for the food. When they arrived the chips were layered with salt and there was only a minimal amount of salsa (one shot glass worth). Obviously that was not enough so we asked to get some more, which ended up being an additional charge of two dollars (for that same shot glass size). The food itself, for lack of a better word, was confusing. I got the wet burrito, which on a side note cost an additional five dollars on top of the fourteen dollars for a regular burrito. In the burrito they had cabbage instead of lettuce which didn't sit that well with the other flavours. The wet burrito sauce was a bit off putting as it was burnt to the plate and the burrito. The sauce also had a resemblance to BBQ sauce, making it confusing to my mouth. After all that the server still pushed a couple times for us to order more things, e.i dessert.

Overall it wasn't all bad, hence the two stars but the service was way too pushy and the food was expensive and...

My group walked in at just the right moment, before the big rush of the dinner crowd, which was nice. The lady who took us to our table wasn't the normal friendly type when working in the food industry. And she certainly doesn't look too happy at her job. I got the vibe that they know their food is good, so there's no need for any type of "friendliness.". Ordered the strawberry mezcal sour and it tasted as if their dishwasher cycle isn't properly being run, as crazy as that may sound. I couldn't finish the drink and it left an awful feeling on the tip of my tongue, my friends tried it as well and agreed. I told our waiter the drink doesn't taste right and he didn't ask why or even care to know why, he just took the drink and walked away. OK, cool. Nachos didn't have much cheese placement on them, and I just hate when chips get soggy from too much cheese in one specific area and sauces gunked on. I broke my rule of never ordering nachos at a restaurant, you just know what to expect. Empanads are not the traditional baked type, but deep friend. Burrito was delicious, would definitely order again. Side rice tasted more middle eastern than Mexican dirty rice. Overall, I wouldn't dine in again as I just hate the feeling of being a bother to a waiter, seeing staff look miserable at their jobs. It's no fun and puts a damper on the mood. Which is too bad cause it's a nice spot for a patio for people watching and seeing...
