It is unfortunate that Basecamp Suites seems to be suffering from lack of good staff and do not care if you have a major problem. We rented the four bedroom suite which is 2 adjoining suites (#217 & 216). Two of the bedrooms had sheets that were stained and not changed from the previous occupants (pictures attached). The stains were on the foot of the bed under the duvet which was tucked in so we only noticed the dirty sheets the second day, when we wanted to straighten the bottom sheet and removed the duvet to make the bed. We reported the problem to management but they quickly denied the documented proof of our complaint. Their quick response (within an hour) indicates they are lax in the oversight of the cleaning process and lack of interest in resolving issues you may have. The problem is probably a lazy staff member who is not changing sheets, however their denial of the facts and refusal to investigate why we had a problem is irresponsible. If you choose to stay at this property, check your sheets before you get into bed. The common space of this property is great for 8 people. The bedrooms, however are extremely tiny. There are no closets and no room for more than a carry-on suitcase. The two of the bedrooms are so small one has to walk side-ways to walk around the end of the bed. Please note that the kitchen is 3 floors up and there are no elevators.

If you dont have any issues you might have a good stay here. However, if you have any problems after 5pm, they will not answer texts or phone calls. They don't do any sort of customer service or maintenance calls from 5pm to 9am. No one is on-site. We couldn't stay because the AC was broken (and issue they admitted via text they'd had problems with). We called and texted, wasting an hour of our time, before deciding to leave. It was 29.5°C in the apartment and my children cannot sleep in that. I texted We were not staying and please reimburse my card. Well, they said "someone will be in contact with me" and now it's a week later- no one had contacted me. I will be disputing that charge today, as Basecamp Suites does not care about providing the services they promise to the consumer, or customer service when they screw up. 06/29/25: The business replied below, so I'll add to this review. Since posting this, I've emailed them again asking for a refund. It's been 20 days since we didnt stay at this hotel, and nobody followed up. The only interaction I've had was via a text message on june 10th (the morning after our reservation), where they already "took note" that I had requested a refund. How about you just *refund me*? Don't pretend to have good customer service- just actually have good customer service!

Great value and location! Suite was as advertised, clean, and pretty new. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had a great view of the mountain in the morning. Contactless check-ins, so we were provided a door code and could let ourselves in (late arrival). We were in a large Ford 350 super duty truck with canopy and didnt have any trouble parking. We stayed two consecutive nights but checked out and re-booked for a second night after deciding to stay in town an additional night. Both suites had laundry machines and dryers, full sized fridge, bath and shower, coffee machine with locally roasted coffee packets, coffee whitener, and locally mades soaps/lotions/shampoo/conditioner. We got 3 bedroom suites, with the bedrooms on the lower floor and the living room/kitchen on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms had a master bath, the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom off the hall, and there was a water closet upstairs off the kitchen. I'm told there was also a hot tub on site but I didn't get a chance to check it out. Great value!

A good solid 3-star for me. I rented the micro suite for 2 nights. The room was on the first floor facing the street. The blinds worked very well. I had no problem checking in since they text you all the information. The room itself was clean and very welcoming. The bed was soft and cozy. The kitchen came with Tazo tea and coffee courtesy of Dose Coffee across the street. I also like the fact that they give you a code to your room rather than a card. I am always afraid of losing the room card!

HOWEVER, the walls were PAPER THIN!!!! I stayed in a room with a connecting door and I could hear EVERYTHING next door. Everything from conversations to drawers opening and closing and electric toothbrushes running. Absolutely no insulation in between walls. I was lucky that my neighbors were mostly quiet and did not throw late night parties. This is my only real complaint. I read reviews that said their room was quiet and others where they said rooms with connecting doors were the worst. Since this room was on the first floor, you can hear people walking and talking up and down the streets as well as the car lights. But this did not bother me since I was raised on something like this.

This is not a traditional hotel where you will get front desk service 24/7. The time I was staying there, the lady working the desk was only there on weekends. If you need anything (like extra towels for example), you have to probably ask before they leave. I was very fortunate that corporate employees worked there on weekdays 8-4 so they allowed me to store my stuff at the front desk (since no one was working it) while I was out on the mountain and waiting for my bus. If this does not suit you, then do not stay here.

Overall, I did enjoy my stay here, except for the paper thin walls. It is in the center of downtown, so you will have plenty of choices to eat. I walked everywhere from here. If I were to stay here again, I would ask for a room with no...

Love this Basecamp Suite. Ours was 2-stories with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.|We appreciated the location in the heart of Revelstoke. |Note: this is the second Basecamp property in Revelstoke. The other one is the Resort and is located on the edge of town. The Basecamp Suites I’m writing about is right in town near the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.| |Our 2-storey suite was accessible on the second level (I believe the complex is 3-storeys). There are NO elevators to take you up to the second level of the hotel. |The suite was so huge! Entry level is where the 2 bedrooms are with 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs was open concept kitchen dining and living room with small balcony and a small bathroom. There is no fireplace in the suite.|What needed to be improved during our stay was squeaky doors - every single door squeaked loudly (on the bedroom level). So in the middle of the night, we would all wake up when anyone used the bathroom. Ugh. We asked to get this problem fixed, but it never was in 3 days. |Also, we realized the shampoo and conditioner containers weren’t checked prior to our arrival. Not okay to find this out while in the shower. And one of the installed dispensers fell off the wall and bruised a toe. The maintenance guy fixed it the same day. ||Other than that, it was a pretty nice place to stay and highly recommend. Not an inexpensive place to stay, but it is a quality, quiet place. Next time, I hope to give this place a 5/5.|Check in and out was easy and smooth.|Toiletries were from Rocky Mountain Soap Company (awesome)!|The coffee provided for the suite was so good! |The large Kitchen was well stocked with cups, glasses, dishes, silverware etc.||It’s the perfect place for those who want to check out this neat mountain...

An Unforgettable Family Stay at Basecamp Suites Revelstoke! Our family of five just returned from an incredible three-night stay at Basecamp Suites in Revelstoke, and we can’t stop raving about our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional cleanliness and spaciousness of the suite, which made our trip truly memorable. The suite was an absolute dream for our family. It was impeccably clean, with every corner sparkling and well-maintained, giving us complete peace of mind—especially traveling with kids. The layout was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room for all five of us to spread out comfortably. The open-concept living area was perfect for family bonding, whether we were cooking meals together in the modern, fully equipped kitchen or relaxing on the cozy couches after a day of exploring Revelstoke. The bedrooms were equally spacious, with comfy beds that ensured everyone got a great night’s sleep. Beyond the suite itself, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Revelstoke, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze while offering helpful tips for our stay. The little touches, like the sleek design and high-quality amenities, elevated the experience to feel both luxurious and homey. We’ve stayed in many places as a family, but Basecamp Suites stands out as one...
