Royal Oak Shopping Centre — Local services in Saanich

I come here for so many different shops and services. This is one of my top plazas! I do think they could update it and refresh the buildings a bit. It is not looking as great as it could imo. Would be great if they added a couple more restaurants and another coffee shop. Mainly fastfood and the current coffee shop is dark...

It's got what you need but I'm not going to lie, it needs a serious facelift. Clearly it was built in the '90s and it shows.

Some styles stand the test of time, such as the styles from the '50s and '60s when mid-century was all the rage but the '80s and '90s, nope. They just don't look good...
