It appears their air conditioning is stuck in winter mode, making the already long wait feel even colder.

Waiting for my meal felt a bit like being in a suspense thriller—will my noodles arrive before the next ice age? The answer, thankfully, is yes, but be sure to bring a coat and a good book, as the fusion of ‘slow food’ and an igloo-like dining experience really tests your endurance. Yet, despite these frosty and slow setbacks, I must admit, once the food did arrive, it was heartwarmingly good. A delicious paradox!

I consider myself a noodle box fan and truly enjoy the fusion assortment they offer. However today i had the misfortune of visiting the royal oak location and ordering $95.00 worth of takeout food. The atmosphere was untypical the professionalism i experience at other noodle box locations. Service was impolite and outright rude. It was myself and just one other customer at the shop and place was not swamped, so i cant excuse the rudeness and let it slide. .when my order was ready, the staff handed me a bag for me to bag my takeout. Whereas all other takeouts were properly bagged and handed to the customers. I am not a professional bagger at noodle box. I don't know how to pack 5 boxes compactly to prevent any accidents. And guess what, even before i left the counter the food spilled in the bag. Upon requesting help, i was conveniently handed over another bag for me to repeat the process all over again. The food itself is great, it always is. But this location by far is the worst service ive ever had in my life with any place. Ive been 3 times now and its astonishing that they have managed to mess up my order, didnt even start the order after saying what time it would be ready at (even when not busy) and have time and time again just messed stuff up and i cant wrap my head around how many times in a row this can happen. My last order they gave me a completely wrong box to what i ordered, and since ive had such a terrible run with them in the past i checked it out and noticed it was wrong, so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them it was wrong and they said sorry and would make the right order. I came back 10 minutes later and they said here you go and when i got home…it was the exact same box/order that they messed up originally just without the paper tag on the outside saying what was in it.
