This is absolutely ridiculous, I went in there with my computer not working sure they got my computer able to turn on and get to the desktop but there is still very clearly something wrong with it, I cant get a desktop background picture, none of my desktop apps are there and the letters are all pixelated for anything I try to type. So after bringing it to them and having them look at it I still need to install an operating system my self and hope that fixes it. The work they do isn't professional work its the kind of work you would expect from a 15 year old kid you found on Kijiji.
