There was an older lady that was working there she had gray hair and stuff but she made my shopping experience they were very very negative and so did other staff members. They were following me around like I was a dog they also had a ton of security there that was following me around like a dog and following other customers around to the point where customers would immediately leave just after entering the story. I know the moment I answered I felt extremely uncomfortable and I left right away they had staff members and security breathing down your necks even wanting to search your stuff probably one of the worst shopping experiences I've had in this store and in Sault Ste Marie. I also did not appreciate being treated like a criminal and then accusing me of stealing to me customers come first and the fact that they did not listen to their customers after multiple customers told them that they were uncomfortable and after multiple customers left the moment after they answered but they still didn't do anything...

To say this store sells cheap products for much more than they are worth, is being nice. Purchased a product here AFTER speaking with the woman who works there about why I needed it and what her recommendation was. Told her why we needed it and she said this product will work, it's better than what we went in for. Took it home and it didn't work. Brought it back 2 days later as it was the weekend and we were told they can only give us a in store credit instead of money back. It does NOT state that on any receipt I recieved. Waste of 79$ because I will absolutely NOT be going back. Then they said its company policy and it's on the website. So now I have to go to a website before entering a store? This woman knew that we only bought it because she said it would work and work better. Pathetic, do not shop...

Me and my friends went to a location in ssm ON and the two cashiers working were so nice. They really helped us out and when my friend wanted to buy a blind bag that was locked on the hooks, the cashier unlocked it for us and let her feel multiple ones to make sure she got the one she wanted. One of my friends was checking out an action figure that she wanted, and the cashier let her see the one she herself bought for reference. They were such nice people and we even had a short little conversation. 10/10 experience hope to see these people working again. (May 23rd, 2025,...
