I was very excited for this order as thjs would be my first time ordering a Faluda. Ordered a Paan Faluda and Mulani special Faluda. The cost seems to be ok as well as the quantity. The presentation and packaging was fine. But the taste was not good. Its more like a Rooh-Afza shake rather than a Faluda. An authentic Faluda is a combination of Faluda sev and milk or milk substitute. But there was only one teaspoon of Faluda. No dry fruits etc. Very...

I really appreciate the customer service i had, the customer service representative accomodated me very well for the issue i had and they refunded me all my money, which is very rare... thanx to mulaani paan house team... keep it up You can not get better Paan in town other then mulaani paan house, so i will highly recommend it
