Not a good experience. Was sold frozen meat. The owner refused to sell me a pound or two and required that i buy the whole piece of the cut that i wanted which was 7 lbs. After it was thawed i realized that it was terrible. Learned to never buy frozen meat again at the butcher and not going back...
