Worst experience we've had with a Halal Meat shop. Owner recommended a special kind of meat he was selling yesterday Saturday Oct 28,2017. We paid $50 for it but when we BQQ it, it tasted awful. Today my husband went to return it & the owner refused to take it back. They do not stand behind their product & they mislead their customers. What was upsetting is the fact that the owner is the one who recommended we get that piece affirming it was good. We got our Eid Meat / Qurbani from them many times. I used to get my meat from them, as my husband rarely goes there. We will never return again. We have other family members who buy their meat from them we will make sure to tell them. We will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. How can Muslim Businesses expect us the community to support them when they are dishonest? This way of dealing business is against principles of islam. We are very disappointed that as long-time customers we got treated this way. They may not have recognized mu husband as I am the one who usually hoes there but that shouldn't...

Typically, go here for fresh halal meat... Lean ground beef is excellent, whole chicken and other fresh chicken are always extremely well cleaned with almost all the fat cut off, which saves me time prepping to cook.
The BBQ spicy chicken is delish for a quick throw in the oven solution!
Lots of halal options for kids - sandwich meats, chicken rolls, frozen in-house burger patties, halal marshmallows(!).
Service is always friendly, courteous, and respectful. Shop is well-kept, organized, and smells fresh too (rare for a meat shop!).
Owners are progressive and bring new and seasonal products. Well priced, well-stocked.
Interesting finds:
Kulfi ice-creams in the freezer at the front, Boondhi in aisle 1 for those killer yogurt dishes, authentic Kajal (kohl), food-grade Loban (frankincense), variety of Saudi Dates, Ittar (oil-based perfumes), and so many other...
Read moreSome times they serve stale & unhigenic food items. Once I asked for chicken meat with small cut and server took chicken meat from their freezers instead of front showcases. After reaching home I noticed that inner parts of chicken has fungus & weird white dots. I returned that. Keep eye on servers that they should give you fresh meat every time.
They also serve cooked foods with the name of Pizza786. Once I bought Seekh Kebabs and after eating that whole family got food poisioning. I informed the owner about that incident and he apologize and confirmed me that he will investigate the matter.
My overall experience with this shop is not good...
