(Want to first say the waitress was very nice and did a great job not upset with her at all)

Signed up and got a free spinach dip. Went to use it on my bill but then was told I can’t use my caa discount with it nor can I pay for the entree in full with my free dip and spilt the bill for the other party at the table to pay with the caa discount. I told the manager it doesn’t say that I can’t in the email and he wasn’t nice about it first of all and secondly he showed me the “policy” that you can’t do it in combined with other offers. The thing is in the email no where does it say it on my end as a customer. He may have access to this policy but it isn’t in the emails for the free app you send to customers. Definitely not a good experience dealing with this either. Also the other party was going to pay for the rest of the stuff and use the caa discount on their end but we were told you still can’t even though they are two bills for different people.

I totally understand policy but if you don’t put it in the email to customers then how are we supposed to know this going into it ? Only to find out at the end is not a good experience. The managers attitude was enough for me to never want to go back there.

UPDATE: They have since made it right and for that I have changed my stars for the review. I appreciate how kind and quick they were about making sure that I don’t have that same experience and wanting me back. The customer service was great, I wasn’t feeling like a valued customer because of that one individual (maybe the floor manager that night?) but the customer service team and head manager did help me to feel like I am a valued customer. probably the worst dining experience i’ve had in my life lol!! no exaggeration. I was super excited to have dinner with my mom, we came here looking for a nice chill dinner, and it was the absolute opposite not only were we sat on a half booth near a bar behind a table of 15 rowdy men (not too much of an issue), as soon as we sat down, there was a 10 minute wait for us to even get drinks. Drinks came quick, but after that, we ordered a quick appetizer of fries. The fries came cold, soggy, and not cooked through. the mains came out quickly, however my chicken fried chicken came out with a brown gravy rather than the advertised pepper gravy and i didn’t receive my mashed potatoes. when she came to ask how everything was, i mentioned that it wasn’t the white pepper gravy, and asked for it to be refired. a lost refill and half an hour later my poor mommy had to flag down our waitress to deliver the sad news once again. She then returned like a wounded soldier from battle with a ration of mashed potatoes and The exact same gravy on my morsel of chicken mixed with CREAM. i settled for the rations and took it as it was. The waitress advised That the whole meal would be comped, and offered free dessert. Mr.Manager then came over with our heart breaking receipt And let us know they took 20% off and offered a “free spin dip” with the caveat that I MUST PURCHASE A MAIN TO HAVE A FREE DIP. what should have been a 40 minute meal turned into a hour and a half war. not to mention the “20%” took $10 off a 60 dollar meal. at least the lemonade was good and the server was...

Valentine's Day dinner with reservations for7:00pm, special accommodations requested, not read or considered initially but We insisted that I needed a booth or half for my injured knee. Hostess did agree after we waited for a few minutes, for a table to be cleaned. All good for seating now, we had a great view of the big screen TVs and I can sit comfortably on the half bench. Chairs are very, very hard for me to sit upon for any length of time. Our server was Collen & he did take care of us!😉👍💞 Good food. Usually very busy but got slammed with takeout orders tonight as well. We ordered the special couple meal which is 3 courses for a set price. We shared a spinach dip and Collen accommodated my request for nacho chips, & veggies instead of the pita bread- Nioce! Gluten free option for me. It was delicious. We both ordered the steak 🥩 with mushrooms, double veggies no starch. My steak was cooked beautifully but a bit cold, my Man's steak was Icy cold so that dinner was sent back. Collen advised the manager and she came over and offered a new dinner. My man was okay to wait the 20 minutes for a new hot dinner. He was happy with his dinner, upgrade with the creamy mushroom sauce & cooked perfectly. Dessert was awesome, Carmel cheesecake & yes it's baked!! The manager also offered us a discount on our total bill which was fantastic, not expected but very much appreciated. Our V'day date was a success.
