This place was fantastic up until a few months ago! The doctors are vey helpful, problem is a new receptionist was hired and she is not a nice person! A few months ago I had to sit down as I have COPD to catch my breath, as well I can't urinate on demand. I explained that I heve health problems, etc. The girl at the reception said "... If you cannot sample straight away go home and come back another day" her attitude was rude and unnecessary! I was due to come back in 2 weeks, unfortunately I had another stroke and had just gotten out hospital that morning, I called to see if I could come in on the following day. I did not even get a chance to explain my problem, she then put me on hold for about 2 minutes then came and told what the doctor had supposedly said. She took it upon herself to tell me not to come back, etc. What upset me was her attitude - obviously a jumped up girl trying to be more than a...

Staff is great, doctors are excellent, terrible experience. Waiting room is crammed with people, bikes, dogs, and backpacks-no social distancing possible here. Be prepared to clean the filthy toilet yourself before providing urine screen. Every week there is some kind of complication when getting carries, the faxed scripts don't go thru. If you have obligations, commitments, a JOB - this is NOT the place for you. Fellow clients will waste the staff's time, the doctor's time, and YOUR time by talking to the doctor about everything EXCEPT their methadone dose. Missing more than an hour of work for appointments that should be no more than 20 minutes is unacceptable. Suffering from severe withdrawers was turned away by towards recovery when I needed help the most because I had a small debt with their Pharmacy and I even offering to pay it off. I had to go a full 24 hours before I could get help from a real Clinic that cared trc only cares about making money I would recommend going to a different Clinic if you need help not to mention you never get to see a doctor in person it's always over Skype because they have one doctor working 4 different locations.
