I walked into this location and this is not the first time that is happening to me, but it wasn’t that intense. I have told them that I am allergic to Some type of meat and I would like my patty to be grilled on a separate grill and to be well done. They agreed to accept my order and then I received my order just like any other one it was called. I want to cash and I told her my food was cold and I would like a replacement. She refused to switch it for me and so screaming. I have asked for a manager he came back. They were speaking in their own language. I couldn’t understand what they’re saying, and then he started cussing on me, so I got really mad and he was shouting with a lot of disrespect and no manners and was trying to kick me out of the store. Throw my food in the garbage and got no refund no replacement for the food and I have a video of that that I can share here I don’t think that is how Customers should be treated in any way or form. Especially that I asked for my order and specific details and they agreed to do it for me. I will not accept that and I would like the company to take action towards that. Read moreWell every time I go in there they are very rude they don't have any customer service skills they think just because they are in a different surrounding area more or less a different region they can treat anybody the way that they want they're not polite they don't serve well they're not fast they never have anything that I want they always forget to give me a large fry when I order it instead of a large fry they will give me a large fry like a large cup and put half the fries in they won't give me any plum sauce for my chicken nuggets they never have to type of drink that I want the manager is very unprofessional very ignorant and rude as well he basically flipped out on me the one day because he thought I was smoking on the patio which I was not intending to do that I know the rules of Canada and I don't or Ontario for that matter all of them need to be taught some manners and some customer service skills or they should not be dealing with the public I will not recommend this restaurant to any of my family or friends I would much rather eat at Shelby's legendary shawarma a very friendly people very great prices and great food...
Read moreIdk if I'll be back... I live very close and have been excited for a location to open up closer than the Ontario street. I've been maybe 5 times now and no matter whether it's a value menu item, mozzarella sticks alone, or breakfast I've ALWAYS been asked to pull ahead to the side to wait for my order. I can deal with this - it's annoying BUT if it's fresh why would I complain. I wouldn't come in a hurry if I knew but hey, as long as it's fresh right!
So why, at 9am mind you so it's not the end of the breakfast menu time or anything, did I wait KINDA longer than usual for my food - just to find the egg puck literally inedible? One corner is almost black and half of it is too hard to bite through. I waited like 10 minutes almost for fresh food and I got some burned microwaved egg puck. My girlfriends sandwich is the exact same!
OH... and NO receipt with order so I can't even place my complaint quietly to customer service. 🤷🏽♂️
