Pizza Hut — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Pizza Hut has the worst customer service. I cannot imagine any place worse. I ordered 2 pizzas...a HAWAIIAN and a PEPPERONI LOVERS STUFFED CRUST. Neither pizza was right. HAWAIIAN had no ham on it...I think maybe it might have been bacon crumble 😲 and the PEPPERONI LOVERS STUFFED CRUST was NOT STUFFED CRUST, not pepperoni lovers, for sure. When I called to complain about BOTH pizzas being wrong, they were rude...like I had made the mistake. (Yeah I did. I ordered from them.) I was told that they would remake one of my pizzas, not both...(even though both were not what I had ordered and definitely not what I thought I was paying $40 for...👿) I was told to go online and complain. That's it. So I did. I haven't heard back from them although it's been 2 months. I'll take that as an indication that they no longer want me as a customer, which is great because I'll never order pizza from them ever again. There are so many other pizza places around. So yourself a favor...find a great pizza place that isn't part of a chain. There are better small pizza restaurants out there who deserve to be more successful than Pizza Hut. Do yourself a favor...try...

The WORST customer service. It is so frustrating. They sent me burnt pizza with barely any sauce or cheese..... looked like they put leftover pizza from different orders in the box. The bread sticks were also burnt and no marinara sauce. I tried to call to complain but line was busy and then when I did get through no one picked up. I finally had a chance to call and complain and the person tried to say they made my pizza and it was fine and then said I called to late. I’m literally at work and had the chance to call back on my break and that was the response. I have PHOTOS OF THE FOOD THAT WAS BURNT.

I’m honestly done ordering from here. I’ve been a customer for 10 + years and the food and quality has gone downhill. I stopped ordering for a bit but decided to try again and the past orders were great until today. I just don’t understand how they send this out and think it is acceptable or they think the acceptable response is to argue with me. Plus having to literally call and complain and have it remade is not ideal when I’m working and only have 15 break to grab the original order. Save your money and go...

I wish i could give this location a negative stars rating, I have given this place a few chances and they have all been bad. Its over priced doughy chincy pizza. First time there i ordered a lunch special it took 20mins to get a 4 slice pizza so small they could only fit one pepperoni on each slice and the crust was burnt. Second time i ordered the daily $10 pizza which was ok but the staff made jokes about it being not ready in time like me having to wait was a big joke. I tried one more time but when i got there they said the oven was not working and just looked at me. I asked" what does that mean? You have nothing for me? " They said "yes" and again just sat there looking at me. I said " ok " and left because it was weird interaction. I complained to the pizza hut customer service number instead and they said they would get back to me....Its now been a month and nothing. I just...
