Well I went to the st Catharine’s store and looked around I asked how much for the used Nintendo entertainment system mini with two controllers and a case he had two systems one with a case and one with out he said the one with out is $300 and the other with the case is $350. Not doing any research ahead of time I stupidly bought the one with the case this was before Christmas a present for myself I tried it one and put it away. I lost my job and thought well I will take it back and maybe get most of my money back. The kid that works there said he would give me $40 and sell it for $100 dollars I said I just bought this from you. You that sold it to me for $350 he gives this smile of he new he ripped me off. I’m going to go to my bank and find the days and how much I paid and give the information to the Niagara Police to have the company charged for Defrauding the public Scamming me The sad part is this guy who owns this little business said I was never in his store and did not want to rectify the decision that he made even though there’s a serial number on this machine that byelaw he has to take that information down and keep it but he never wanted to do that and say hey come on in the shop. Let me check out the serial number and I’ll check my records now since I’m off for a couple days. Can you contact the Better Business Bureau contact City Hall in Saint Catherine’s and Niagara Falls let them know that the scamming people. I’m gonna send a to the government that this person is overcharging for items and three sell to the public and I took it back there and the kid said he would buy it back for $35 dollars even though I paid $350 cash now either the kid that works there is scamming the public with out the owner knowing or there...

Friday September 12, 2025 at 6:22pm I went to go into gaming gators on Glendale avenue in st. Catharine’s. The door was locked and said I’ll return at 6:blank pm leaving room to return whenever within a hour. I get it people have breaks. I did some errands for 30 min with my wife came back and the door was still locked. I pointed to the time to my wife because it was a return within a hour basis. then went back to my car I saw a worker get out of his car and shake his head angrily and wrote a time on his return. I thought he was just returning from a break at first. So I go to open the door and He tells me he’s just going on lunch now as he writes an exact time on the door like he just started break. I then waited over 35 more minutes before I left and no one returned to unlock the door. This isn’t the first time this has happend. The same week I also called about a sports game and asked if they had it and how much was it. All the guy could say is we should but I’m not sure it’s not infont of me. Absolute laziness. That’s why I thought I’d write this review. I called the other location and from what they told me breaks are 30 minutes not timed but not well over a hour.
