Not only do these ladies make amazing videos, they also make amazing fashion items! They are so very talented but they also sell creations from other amazing designers! I really love their mother and daughter gig, plus dogs! They are very natural down to earth people! I have purchased many items from their beautiful shop and I’ve never been disappointed! The prices are very reasonable but the quality keeps me coming back! When I moved to the area 7 years ago, I was in search of unique boutiques that gave me the look of fashionista but at a reasonable price! This shop, then situated in the downtown core of St. Catherine’s was a diamond in the rough! My sister in Ottawa shops here but strictly only online! A simple call to the shop to discuss sizing and the deal is made! You never wait long for your delivery to arrive and the wrapping of your shipment is always so cute with a lovely handwritten thank you note included! I went in the store excited looking to buy something for New Year’s Eve to wear nice and I was wearing my work clothes so I didn’t look fancy and I was treated terribly. The lady in the store really didn’t come to serve me. She just stared at me, when I started asking you know about this and that She just said No,we would not have anything here for you. There will be nothing here that would suit you. she assumed I couldn’t afford anything in there when I really was prepared to spend a large amount of money for my New Year’s outfit. another customer came in the store and she went right over to them. They were of course not dressed like they just left work and she treated them so politely and kindly. Even upon leaving because I just gave up I still was friendly and said you know goodbye thank you and you know she would not even look at me or speak to me. I felt insulted. As a first-time online shopper I was very impressed when I opened the package that was recently delivered to my door less than a week after I had placed my order. Along with my purchase there was a handwritten “thank you” note from Tessa (stylishly decorated with a ribbon), an unexpected gift of earrings and a face mask in reversible black and white. These lovely and thoughtful additions to my order are indicative of their attention to detail and respect for their clientele. I am very grateful.
