We initially came here for dinner. While parking I witnessed a pedestrian get struck by a vehicle. I chased down the vehicle and got a photo of the plate for the victim. The victim was so grateful they offered to take us to the Niagara ice dogs game and buy us dinner at the game. When we returned to the parking lot our car was gone. We called the number on the wall across from where we parked and were told to go to an impound lot where we were faced with a $340 tow and impound fee after a $25 uber ride. Regardless of our inital intention I explained to the lady on the phone and the guy at the impound lot that there was no signage where I parked that the lot appeared to be public because of the lack of signage and lighting. They didn't care and happily took my money. You can see in the photo that there is no signage where we parked. I have contacted the police, the major and city parking to let them know of this scam. Visit st. catherines with caution and avoid this place at all cost.

Crab rangoons were very good. Nice crispy outside shell with enough structural integrity to not fall apart as you bite into them, good chunk of probably the fullest crab rangoons I have ever seen, I never thought I would say this but there was almost too much cream cheese. It was good, though. Papaya salad, also very good. Fresh, light, peanutty, crunchy, just a little bit salty, not overly sweet, just a little spicy. Very nice and well balanced. I would get that over a mango salad 9/10 times. Pad Thai, also, was tasty and was a fairly large serving with a good amount of both chicken and shrimp. Very saucy, which i like and good flavours. I was hoping for a little more heat when asking for spicy, but overall it was all very good. The restaurant had plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options and the atmosphere was okay, felt like it could have been a little cleaner, but the service was prompt and friendly.

Stopped here on our way from Toronto to Niagara. It was about 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls, so it would be a great option if you're staying near a Niagara Falls and looking to go out for dinner or lunch. It's less than 10 minutes from the Premium outlets. Food was great! The crazy chicken was in a house special sauce, which was sweet and tangy and adjusted to your preferred spicy level. The spring rolls seemed to be freshly house made and not the frozen kind, it was crispy and flavourful. The design of the restaurant is gorgeous with authentic Thai woodwork. Great place for a casual or upscale lunch or dinner. Prices were reasonable and parking was easy enough to find. I parked on the street at a price of $1.50 per hour. But there seemed to be a lot behind the restaurant that I noticed afterwards, so call ahead to see if they do offer free parking.

Idk where to start. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing and the owner is amazing. We live in Buffalo, NY and the past 2 times we have traveled only to eat thai at SahlaThai. The first time we went we were crossing the boarder and said we were going to to eat and the customs boarder person named Sahla Thai as a place to go to for time…SHE WAS DEFINITELY correct. We went the first weekend in September and then we went just 3 days ago and went back with a good friend of ours yesterday…need I say more. We will travel for good I mean amazing food! You will not be disappointed and if you are I believe something is wrong with your tastebuds.I want to give a shout out to Ruth and Gif both servers and SUPER nice, friendly, knowledgeable and so much more. Also I would like to give a shout out to the owner who goes by the name Apple. She was really personable and felt like family. What have we had.: mango fried rice( more then once), pad thai glass noodles, thai wings, crab Rangoons, thai iced tea, magic shrimp, green curry, yellow curry, fresh shrimp rolls and thai rolls.Yes the 3 times we have had all of these food items. I’m writing this review the day after we just left there and 2 things we just finished our leftovers and they were just as good as yesterday and also also I went on website to look at menu to see what I am going to order next! I’m too tired to write a book on this restaurant Sahla Thai but I will continue to give them their due praise for their food and I hope once you have their food you can continue the story, this book of AMAZING...

I placed an order for pick up this evening and I one hundred percent asked the girl for fresh chicken spring rolls and Pad Thai . The delivery was then delivered and paid for and I when I opened the container the fresh spring rolls had shrimp in them. I then called the store and simply said that I was given the wrong order the girl on the phone which was the same one who took my order told me I did not order chicken in the spring rolls but shrimp which I know I said no to shrimp . She then continued to say that they never put chicken in them but Infact I have eaten at this restaurant before and they put chicken in them for me. Then proceeded to tell me because they were closing they could not do anything for me this evening but I can come in tomorrow and they will do something but I have to bring the rolls with me . The lady on the phone for the longest time was not willing to do anything for me and kept telling me I was wrong and she was right , and when I asked for a manager she said they had left for the night . I am very unimpressed and unsatisfied. Definitely would not recommend there delivery serves and they are definitely in need of better customer...

Not sure why this location has so many high reviews because other than quick service I experienced the opposite experience. EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC. Had to request new plates because plates served had visible food residue. Saw COCKROACHES in the bathroom as well. To add to this, I wasn’t expecting too much since I’ve had some really good Thai food in Toronto and this was a smaller city but the alleged 4.4 star review left me very disappointed by the true reality of the food. The pad Thai especially left a bad taste in my mouth. The pad garpao, the dish I was most excited about, was okay but didn’t seem like the same dish I had ordered at several Thai restaurants previously with no issue. We also ordered a chicken fried rice and crab fried rice, both were just okay but nothing special. If for some reason you choose to disregard the uncleanliness and the just okay food, I recommend getting a level 4 spice level because the food is pretty flavourless and bland and even 4 wasn’t spicy even for someone with low spice tolerance. Overall, one of the worst restaurants I’ve been. DONT WASTE...
