Horrible customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE, OR ANY OF THESE STORES . THE STAFF WILL DO ANYTHING TO OBTAIN SELLS . GO TO GMC instead . At least there they won’t lie to your face .

Purchase about 300 dollars of products. Before I bought the item , I specifically asked if these are REFUNDABLE , since I was buying for other people and myself. The staff informed me “ no problem . You can return it if you don’t like it “ I which I asked if I had to return it at this exact location, staff replied “no, any store will take it back “ . When I went back in a week to return one of the items, the staff working say “ we can only do store credit “ which I explained to them this was NEVER INFORMED to me . When they connected me to the owner in Market crossing location , not only was he RUDE and told me he can’t help me , he dismissed my concerns, tells me “ I have a lot of customers in here , if you have a problem, email me “ . Not only is this POOR owner ship, it’s a horrible way to run a business. What will returning 79.00 of ONE item do to a big branded company??! Also he HUNG up my call before I could tell him “ ok I will come to you to explain “ .

Do NOT BUY from these stores , all OWNED any the SAME PERSON , someone who DOES NOT care about there CUSTOMERS, only about selling .

I hope the owner knows this is FALSE ADVERTISING of a sell . To claim one thing and not provide...

I recently visited the Whalley location during the opening and even today as well with my friend. I had a fantastic experience! The store was well-organized, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offer. Mr. Sahil welcomed in a comfortable tone to make us feel welcomed and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, from the second I entered in store till finding pre-workouts, and even offered some great advice on how to take pre workout.

Overall, I’m really impressed with the store's customer service, product selection, and the quality of the supplements they offer. I'll definitely be coming back for all my fitness product needs.
