Village on the Park — Local services in The Meadows

Lived here for three years. The people are nice and friendly ... But there is No sense of community! Don't hang a valentine on your door.... You will get an email from miss personality herself. The management company has some serious control issues. If you make a complaint , they will tell the person that you complained. This causes problems amongst neighbours. Also... "Joanne, has a rotten attitude. Just snarly and miserable when you send an email.

The parking patrol is very random... Some people can park in visitors forever ... Others get a ticket right as way.

Nice building and nice people... But never again will I buy in a building managed by progressive management. They seem to forget , that grown adults own these condos.... Adults that deserve...

What a nice building filled with nice people. I overheard a conversation in the hallway between two residents where they were one-upping one another over their recent participation in charities and volunteer fire departments.

What a wonderful place, it's like a slice of lemon meringue pie, where the top is fluffy and appealing, and the inside is a gooey mess of deliciousness. Is this an apt description? No. But the building is also next to a Save On where you can get lemon pie...

No ethics in the people working. Worst management ever seen in Edmonton. Park your car for 10 min just to deliver food, by the time you come back, you will get a ticket of 75$. I believe they have hired someone just to give tickets and get a way of earning money from people. That's how the building looks beautiful. And the management is very very rude. I would never buy anything in...
