Pizza Unlimited & Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Edmonton

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an order for one regular pizza and one donair pizza, but when I came in, the lady at the front insisted she only made two regulars. Instead of fixing the mistake, she immediately accused me of lying about what I ordered. Another woman came from the back and doubled down, saying it was my fault and my issue, and that they weren’t going to make the pizza I asked for.

They kept repeating the same thing over and over, treating me like a child, making it seem as if I didn’t know what I ordered. When I stood my ground, both of them started speaking in their own language, insulting me and cursing me behind my back, not realizing that I actually understood every word. On top of that, when I asked for their names to include in my complaint, they refused to identify themselves.

It took an argument just to get a refund, and they even tried to tell me I couldn’t get one at all. The whole experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright rude. No customer should ever be treated this way.

If you want proper service and respect, avoid this location completely. Go to the other Pizza Unlimited location instead — this one clearly doesn’t value...

Ordered the perfect deal. I asked ny daughter to get inside and be the one to pick it up while we parked and wait for her infront of the store. The cashier did not tell my daughter about the 2L pop and she came out with just the pizza and chicken with her. So we both went back inside and asked for the pop then we went. We're still at the parking getting ready yo go. Because my daughter was really hungry she opened the box of chicken and about to start eating, she noticed that there were only 9 pcs of chicken when it's supposed to be 10 pcs. So we went back inside again and showed the cashier the box of chicken with only 9 pieces on it. She talked to the other crew and they added another piece. If you are buying these deal make sure to check it out before you leave as they're not putting the correct number of pieces for the chicken. We called to place an order for pickup and we came 25 minutes later after they told us the would be ready. Once we got there they told my father the chicken isn’t ready and would take another 25 minutes. When I went to talk to them this lady told me it will take about five minutes to get the chicken. After paying and waiting the five minutes I went asking about my order and didn’t get an answer, I was ignored and the two girls had no sense of urgency and no care for my food, these ladies should get fired for their lack of care and we will never be coming here again they lied to me telling me that it’ll take only 5 minutes after reaffirming with her just to be told I’ll have to wait another 15.
