I subscribe to their email campaigns, and I like being in the loop so that when items I have been looking at goes on sale.

The staff is attentive and knowledgable, and polite when assisting me and I notice it with their other customers too.

The selection is fair, and because it is in Thompson, some items' color is not always available. However, they can order it for you and I received mine normally in 3 days.

They also carry Bell MTS so very convenient for me when...

I had purchased a laptop in Winnipeg that was only in French and Robert and his staff went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and exchange the laptop.
