The male at the window needs retraining in customer service as he was not friendly, and did not ensure to figure out a replacement for one of five hot drinks we ordered, a medium dark roast coffee with expresso shot. He told us the 5th coffee was not available. He was very rudely pushing us to drive away instead of fixing the issue. I made it clear we needed 5 drinks for 5 people and wouldn't leave even after he said we didn't order it. I made it clear to him we needed a 5th drink that we ordered. He seemed to offer a different size finally but then he didn't give it when we got our order. The two of us got so frustrated that we did pull out of drive through and my sister-in-law went straight inside to get her coffee, which was no issue for the other worker inside to make. I Went today to get a bagel toasted with cream cheese, as I drove away I opened it up and saw they put the smallest amount of cream cheese I have ever had in 20+ years from Tims, and only on half of the bagel. Went back to complain and watched them make a couple other bagels with cream cheese, my manager then lied to my face saying that they weigh each scoop of cream cheese before they put it on, when I called him out on lying to my face he proceeded to change his answer and just say “ we know how much to put on”

I waited for an order for around 10 minutes and politely asked an employee about the wait time. Shockingly, he responded loudly and rudely, saying, "You only waited 10 minutes, and you're telling me it's a long time? Wait another half an hour, then you can pick up your order."
