Just a friendly warning to And heads up to all those who buy Halal meat from here. Halal meat means to be (Taib), mean tidy, pure and clear, meanwhile being fresh. Few times I bought meat from this place, It wasn’t fresh. It seemed like to be a really old meat and was really smelly. I just ignored it that time and I thought it might be some mistake they have done and the meat was probably left outside for a long time. But last time again I went to the store I wanted to buy chicken the guy gave the chicken bag for boneless from the front display even the chicken from the display is smelling I have family and I made them eat this Chicken ignored it the first time and next time again while it smelled the worst it was really reaaaaaaallly bad. I don’t know how can the place call itself halal meat and sell rotten and smelly meat just for making Some Money These people are selling garbage quality of meat I have bought from lot of other stores all the times they don’t sell smelly like these people it is like a thing with these people God Forbid I go to place again. you cannot be a true believer, unless you choose for your brother, whatever you choose for yourself. It is the owners responsibility to train and talk to staff in the meatshop that they do not sell anything that’s expired or a meat that is not looking good. I’m not buying any more meat from the shop and also suggest all my friends and fellow muslims please do not risk YOUR AND YOURS FAMILY HEALTH BY BUYING MEAT FROM wTHIS PLACE. I HAD to throw $50 worth of meat I bought from this place next time if this happens I am straight away calling HMA and Health department of CANADA/ONTARIO and report these people

Title: Unacceptable Quality – Time to Say Goodbye I have been a regular customer of Atiya’s Fresh Farms, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. On October 22, 2024, I purchased a chicken puff and a paneer puff that turned out to be expired and tasted terrible. Thankfully, my son didn’t eat them this time, but it could have been worse considering the usual trust we place in this store. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered expired products here – last time, I spent $32 on chicken, which also went bad within just two days. Despite being a loyal customer, I see no courtesy or effort to maintain quality control in this shop. I spent $113.23 on this last purchase, but the real cost is the loss of trust. This was my final visit. I hope others take note and check their products carefully before purchasing.

Atiya’s Fresh Farm is truly a hidden gem! They offer a wide variety of fresh halal meat at very affordable prices, along with all the best options you’d expect from a quality store. Whether it’s chicken, beef, or lamb, everything is fresh and reasonably priced. A special shoutout to Saima, the manager – she’s an absolute delight to deal with. Extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She took the time to guide me through their offerings and made sure I had everything I needed. Her customer service is exceptional and adds real value to the overall shopping experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality halal meat and excellent service!

Just a friendly warning to the owner and a heads up to all those who buy Halal meat from here. Halal meat means to be (Taib), mean tidy, pure and clear, meanwhile being fresh. Few times I bought meat from this place, It wasn’t fresh. It seemed like to be a really old meat and was really smelly. I’m talking about both veal and chicken. A couple months ago I bought some veal from this place and when I brought it home, it didn’t look good. The colour had changed. Somehow you could see the texture was not as fresh as possible and also it was smelly. when we cooked it, we weren’t able to eat it because it was having a really weird look and texture, specially the smell. I just ignored it that time and I thought it might be some simple mistake they have done and the meat was probably left outside for a long time. But last night I went to the store I wanted to buy some whole chicken legs, the guy brought the chicken legs from the back. It was in a plastic bag from the cooler with lots of water in a plastic bag dripping from it, and I got about eight chicken legs. I asked for the skin to be removed, so the two butcher start removing the skin off the legs. Then they look at each other and they were talking all the legs looks like this? I knew something is wrong and I asked the butcher is everything OK? He just kinda pointed out to me in sign language that it’s better not to take these chicken legs. Which I appreciate his honesty, but at the same time I saw they sold out those chicken legs to other guys without even thinking about. I’m trying to provide constructive criticism here in order to fix the issue and get the attention of the owner of this butcher shop. I’m trying to tell the owner of this butcher shop that the core and fundamental belief of Islam is “ you cannot be a true believer, unless you choose for your brother, whatever you choose for yourself”. So to say it is the owners responsibility to train and talk to staff in the butcher shop that they do not sell anything that’s expired or a meat that is not looking good. For example, if one of the Brother at the shop last night did not use his God consciousness and stopped me from buying that spoiled meat, the other butcher did not even care about it. He was willing to give me that meat, that’s the difference between people, with alive conscious, and dead conscience. As I mentioned last couple months ago, I got some meat, and the meat was not good, meanwhile when I entered the store, the smell of the bad meat was coming all the way to the front of the store, and when I went there at the butcher counter, I asked one of the gentleman to talk to the owner and fix the exhaust of the butcher shop because the smell is all the way in the front of the store, which is not good. This time when i was there, at least there was not that much smell because they work out probably on the exhaust system. I think there is a problem with their cooler either it’s not working properly for keeping the meat in the right temperature or they’re selling a really old And out of temperature controlled meat in the store. I’m just giving a heads up to the owner of the butcher shop that I’m not buying any more meat from the shop unless I see some improvement and changes, at the meantime, I’m not gonna write any more reviews, but instead I will involve health Canada and Halal Meat monitoring committee who give Halal meat certificate about this issue. Hope to see some serious and positive changes In these regards before...

Assalamualikum All, I am completely shocked and still can’t believe it that ‘ATIYA FRESH FARM’ meat section has been sold to some one few weeks or months ago who are just VERBALLY confirming its halal but they DON’T have any HMA halal certificate. The cashier at the halal section doesn’t even know what halal means which is very sad and surprising. We visited the store and spoke to meat section supervisor who is a nice guy but clearly lying, giving false statement about meat being halal with out any certificate a month ago. We telephoned them yesterday and still they don’t have halal certificate. We inquired from few guys who works in the store and friends of the store employees they confirmed they are not sure whether its halal or not. Allah huma khair, what kind of Muslim are you to lie on your Muslims brothers & sisters face? extremely shameful and embarrassing. May allah give you hidayat or punish you for these sins. Please remove the halal signs or else we will complain to better business bureau and city’s inspection authority. you cannot be cheating all Muslims by displaying halal signs and selling haram food that’s clearly cheating, fraud and mis leading. please take this as a 1st request and then we will escalate further.

Update and reponse to idiot below :

Allahumdulliah i am muslim , how about u ? U doesn't seems like muslim or might be a very weak believer who is blind for money. I already did investigation from 2 weeks and yes inshallah I will escalate bcoz liars n thieves like u shouldn't be into business u scammer. U are...
