As others have said, the customer service at this location is terrible. I went in looking to buy a new phone and the associates were interested in helping me, at first. I had questions to ask and they were answered, the associate helping me was knowledgeable and helpful in this sense. However, there was another associate who was standing by the door with an iPad in his hand literally stalking us around the store and telling us about a promotion where we can get a "free" iPad. He was trying to convince us to add an extra $10 a month to our bill so that they could throw in the "free" iPad (this is NOT the definition of free). The guy would not leave us alone and it's clear he was being a pushy salesman to try and take advantage of us since we were buying a new phone, we had to tell him to leave us so we could think about the phone we were going to buy in peace. I even heard the other associate helping me previously joke out loud to him "oh this guy sees an opportunity eh, that's why you're working hard!" as the guy with the iPad smirked. Really? We aren't deaf or stupid, we know exactly what you guys are talking about and to make a joke like that out loud is really unprofessional. Anyway, fast forward to when we were checking out/paying, I asked if he could transfer the contacts from my old phone (which was also a Bell phone) to the new one. He said that they could likely do this, but afterwards. We made our purchase and paid, and just like that we became invisible to the associates. They made their sale/commission, and they no longer wanted anything to do with us. This included suddenly not being able to transfer contacts. I've never seen such a deceptive group of employees who would say anything just to make a sale. Thankfully the phone worked like a charm/wasn't damaged or defective as some of the other reviews have mentioned, but the staff were just terrible. When it comes time for a new phone/plan, I will likely be looking at Telus as my new...
Read moreSubject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service Experience at Bell Store (STC Location)
Dear [Bell Store Management],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to the Bell Store located at STC. I had concerns regarding my device that is under warranty, and I encountered several issues with the customer service representative named Kabir
Firstly, the representative was extremely rude and displayed passive-aggressive behavior throughout the interaction. When I approached him with my request, he asked me to provide my identification. Although I didn't have a hard copy of my ID, I informed him that such a request was unusual, as I had been to this location before without needing to provide identification. He reluctantly agreed to make an exception just for that day.
While I was asking additional questions, the representative walked away and made some rude comments. When I requested assistance from another representative, he became even more passive-aggressive and spoke to me in a very loud tone. To make matters worse, he discussed my situation with other customers in the store, waved another customer's identification in my face, and both the representative and customer were laughing at me. He even threatened to call security to have me removed from the premises. As I was leaving the store, he mentioned, "I hope you stay safe," which didn't sit well with me as I feel it came of as a threat. I also asked for the manager's contact information and requested to speak with them, but he declined.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received, and I believe this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this...

walked in ready to buy some galaxy buds 3 pros with cash in hand. Stood there for a good 1Omin and no one even looked up for even a second. At least could of said "Hey, be with you in just a min" or something a long those lines as that's the BARE minimum for working retail
I even walked arroumd the store go see if someone even acknowledged that Ineeded some assistance. I'm not delusional to the point where I need them to drop the customer they are already helping to come help by bust just the basic acknowledgment makes or breaks your experience. Knowing this is one of the the best companies BELL, I expect the bare minimum.
That being said I have something special to say about the guy on the far left. This man was the only person that somewhat noticed me but I'd much rather he didn't. He looked up for a brief second, didn't say a word, but made sure to give me a nasty stare and go back to his customer. This just put me in such a bad move I just left at he end. He looked at me as if I was poor, less of him, and made me feel uncomfortable which is why I much rather not get acknowledged at all then that.
The only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star is because there was this one person that helped me long ago with my new phone that was really helpful.
Wednesday October 2nd 2024 @ 6pm watchout out for these shift people especially the guy in the left. I wouldn't even be typing this if that guy didn't look at me in disgust, as I didn't nothing wrong, regardless you shouldn't be giving anyone that look.
BELL, come on I expect better training and a talk to these staff would be ideal tell em to take notes please. Thank...
