New York Fries Scarborough Town Centre — Restaurant in Toronto

I had one of the best experiences at New York Fries on my birthday! I went in as a regular customer (obsessed with their poutine) and used my New York Fries rewards card on my iPhone, it was my first time using my digital rewards card. At first, the one of the employees asked me to find my confirmation email to verify my card, but I couldn’t locate it. I was a bit nervous, but then another employee or maybe manager I'm not so sure, kindly gave me my birthday freebie and two coupon deals ‘Buy Any Size Poutine and Get a Free Fountain Pop.’ That gesture really made my day!

In addition, I got to try their truffle fries samples, which were absolutely fantastic. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but the kindness and service made it memorable. Truly a 5-star experience—thank you,...

Really great service. I go to New York Fries a lot and I don't always get the best service, although I don't usually care because I'm not one of those people who expects a lot from service workers honestly. But I went to NYFries at STC today and the guy who took my order was super friendly and nice, I felt like this location warranted a positive review for that.

So for the dude with the arm tattoos who worked the counter at 4:45pm today, thanks for the great service. It was a small quick interaction but it was enough to leave an impression. I genuinely appreciated it. If I lived anywhere near Scarborough I'd probably go here more often.

I ordered the Ultimate Combo. Poutine, Hot dog and drink. The pouting was perfect. But the hot dog was not hot, it was barely warm. I was them on the roller, and before th girl selected a dog for me, I asked if the darker ones are hotter, she said no, theses are done. Pointing to different dogs.Well the one she gave me was not done.

You know how you can tell nobody here cares? Most times when you leave negative feedback on a place, someone will say something along the line of " I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience in our store, as this is not our practices..........." Look at the negative feedback here and nobody is apologizing. There is no shortage of places to eat at STC, eat somewhere...
