Horrible service! Went to order tacos from their Food Truck in Burlington at Spencer smith Park. The prices and taco options were written on a board, however they tried to charge us more. Of course we were confused so we asked why we were being charged $5 more then the price they had listed? They then said the prices they wrote down were wrong? You don’t know your own prices??? We tried to ask how that even makes sense and the guy in the food truck said we needed to leave and he was going to call security on us?!? We were in a public park! It was a very unprofessional and rude encounter to say the least. Seeing other reviews here, clearly we were not the only ones who experienced this type of poor customer service. Ordered on door dash in cambridge. It was confirmed that it was going to arrive in 30-40 minutes and get an email 5 minutes before it's supposed to be "delivered," saying it was canceled because the store closed. No phone number to contact the location no reason given, and now it can take 5-7 days to have a decent amount of money returned to my card. SUPER UNIMPRESSED would rate zero if I could spoke with someone saying no one was there. they closed at 8, but my order was confirmed and canceled. Store hours from 11 until 8:40?...

Double charged by one of their trucks. Ordered one set of shrimp tacos. The woman said my card did not go through, but did not show me the machine. I ran it through again. Got home and found I had been charged twice and two differing amounts. This was likely done to make filing a chargeback more difficult.

The quality of the tacos were also honestly not worth $20. Miserable experience and I will be telling everyone I know to check other vendors...
